From the very first contact I made, the communication was excellent. Benjamin Harris handled our reservation. There was no pressure. It was clear he truly wanted to help and within minutes, he provided prices and options.
Once we had our reservation, I received continuous contact from charter up with a confirmation as well as bus and driver contact information. Before our trip, a number of our group needed to know if there was a bathroom on the bus. After a quick email, I received a response in a very short period of time.
The bus arrived on time, it was a very nice clean and modern bus. Our driver Luis was outstanding. He arrived on time we departed on time and got to our destination on time. For our return trip after our cruise, we were very happy to see the same driver and our trip home was as smooth as our ride to Port Canaveral. Many of the people in our group commented favorably about the bus and the experience. I will certainly consider Charter up the next time when looking for transportation services.

Working with Charter Up was great, but the provider of the services was not very communicative on the day of service, arrived 40 minutes later than needed on the first day, and 10 minutes late on the second day. I had to call the drivers both times; they did not call me to communicate the delays. I ended up being charged extra when I bumped up our departure on our last day of service, in anticipation of another delay that we could not afford for our schedule, despite a 40 minute delay from the same carrier on the first day. Charter Up personnel were easy to work with, but I think there needs to be an additional level of communication between all parties.

This was the smoothest transition between booking our event despite our usual agent no longer working with you, staff stepped right in and helped, we got all of our info to billing with great communication, the bus came early on both sides of our trip. It was all and all one of the BEST trips we have had since we began our partnership!
