I paid for a 1st Class vehicle with specific amenities, that were outlined in my contract. When I went through and chose my vendor from the proposals available, that vendor was not the company that showed up. CharterUp waits until the last minute to communicate anything and did not inform me that the vehicle would be substandard compared to what I booked and paid for. On the plus side, I called their customer service line and they worked with the company to send out a new vehicle for days 2-4 of our program (albeit a 22 person bus instead of 26 like I ordered). I would never use CharterUp unless I had to, which in this case, I did.

Both Drivers were amazing, Pedro and Brian S. They were great drivers and awesome all around!

Zee made the booking experience very pleasurable and our driver, Edward H, was phenomenal from start to finish. I look forward to using your service next year for my trip. Thank you for everything.

Drivers were on time, very nice, and got us to our location safely and on time.

CharterUP was very responsive to an emergent travel need. One-way bus transportation arranged from Workman Transportation was fantastic. Drivers were very personable and accommodating, and they were outstanding professional drivers. Part of the trip experienced snow and poor road conditions and our driver handled this stretch confidently and with great poise.

Do not book this company! They book their drivers through a third party and even if the driver is unprofessional/rude or there's an issue they will not assist you in resolving the issue. The driver RUINED my wedding transportation with his aggressiveness and pure annoyance with simply having to do his job! Because they hire third party drivers there are no repercussions for any issues you may have. When the footage of the ride was reviewed the customer service manager, Grace Frederick, stated they didn’t even see the driver speak to me which is completely false! He spoke to me, yelled at me and threw aux cables at my brother in law. Grace was condescending and basically said whatever the third party provided her is what she can review. Be very aware of booking through them and if you have any issues with driver or bus you need to record your own footage/ photos. They will say it’s a third party booking and nothing will happen. Truly regret giving this company my money but I will never book again and will be sure to share with anyone I can. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK!! shame on this company!!

Easy to work with. With her maps that come to you when the boss starts moving, you always know where the bus is and a fairly good ETA. Our bus here in New York was clean. The driver was excellent. We’ve used JB T tours in New York City 45 times as reserved through Charter up. Wonderful companies.

What made the experience great was: The driver was early, very friendly and very helpful. Smooth riding!

Both of the drivers were on time, the bus was clean and we had ample space. The driver on our return trip, Jacquelin, was very friendly and understanding when we got back later than anticipated due to a chaperone error. The driver on our way to our destination, Shirley, I believe, was not as friendly.
