Changing Keys - House Removals Omdömen 

I used Changing Keys to move from London to Oxford and they were super. Cosemin and the teams communication was timely, effective and thorough.

The move went really well, the movers were polite and didn't a great job. Would recommend and would use again!

Changing Keys were very efficient in getting in touch with me and providing me with a quote, which beat all others and was very reasonable. 3 out of the 4 guys who helped move on the day were exceptional, were kind, polite and friendly, and they made the move easier than I'd expected. They were quick in loading, dismantling and ressembling. Negatives were arriving late on the day, one of the porters was a bit rude, and small damages made to properties. Overall however, I would still recommend for moving home.

Nice people. Cosmin called promptly once I requested a quote, and the price he gave me was very reasonable. The removal staff themselves were hard-working, careful, polite and efficient. We were out of the old place and into the new place in no time.
My one reservation is that they arrived later than agreed. I appreciate that they were working flat-out at a very busy time of year, and were doing their utmost to satisfy as many customers as possible, but I was left waiting for a bit longer than I would have preferred. Once they got here they did the job very quickly.
I would recommend this company.

Overall, we had a great experience with Changing Keys. Cosmin managed the process very well, from arranging a video call to ascertain size/cost, responding to additional questions about the move, and on-the-day communication.

The movers themselves were friendly, very efficient and took good care of all our boxes/items. Unfortunately all items did not fit in one trip, but there were no issues in making an additional trip to collect the rest.

They are a relatively new business, but offer a very good service at a competitive price across a range of quotes we received.

Hassan, Alan and Ali were all very helpful on the day. They packed everything efficiently and Hassan even rebuilt a wardrobe in the dark as the electricity wasn't working in my new place. They went above and beyond to help, despite the day being stressful. Cosmin provided a great service too - he checked in numerous times to check everything was ok and was professional throughout. Would definitely recommend!

Changing Keys beat the price of other quotes and were friendly and reliable. The two porters who moved me worked so fast and made my first big move a lot less stressful than I thought it would be. I would definitely recommend to others!

Lovely guys, Cosmin was really helpful and accommodating to my needs despite me being unsure of my plans leading up to moving day! The team were very efficient and it was nice to have Cosmin check in with me a few times during the day as he knew how stressed I was.
