We're sorry to hear you've run into server issues, may I ask what game you have been playing and in what region?
We always look to improve the player experience and uphold a high competetive integrity on our platform, so any feedback is much appreciated!
We offer live support service with instant replies for CM Pro members - otherwise replies can take up to 2 hours, all messages are replied to within 24 hours however.
Do note that tournament administration is done by the organizers and usually through the "Contact Admin" button that you can find in their Spaces and tournaments.

I would strongly advise against playing on this site the only thing you can expect after buying premium to be able to play 1v1 tournaments for money is a lot of cheaters who are not banned because the site probably just playin on those cheaters accounts. reports are never checked support is not professional so I say it's just a scam

Playing on Challengermode and connecting game accounts is 100% safe, it sounds as if you have stumbled upon a phishing site that impersonates Challengermode in order to steal game accounts, such as your Steam Account.
When you play on Challengermode, make sure the website address starts with "https://www.challengermode.com/.."
We would greatly appreciate your help tracking down that site in order to have it taken down.

I paid 10$ for a tournament entry and…
I paid 10$ for a tournament entry and won the first round to advance. Due to a technical issue on their side i got disqualified for not pressing ready in a lobby that didn't exist. When i contacted the support and provided proof they saw the message but never answered.

If you were unable to participate but payed for the tournament, we would ofcourse like to sort out the situation so that those money were not wasted for you.

I am trying to verify my email for like 5 months now. Their answer is that its a known issue and they are working on it. They literally do not care and want just to skip giving the 1 euro that each player was promised. These guys deserve the 1 star from end to finish

Unprofessional support and now i know that is a scam
Always trying to contact them through emails wont get any response whatsoever. They are unprofessional, and even asks you to pay money to get a better support experience(scam).
I have been trying to solve out the withdrawal problem for months no but there is no one to help me out with it .Never received any answer from them . Stay away they wont give you your money !!!

I'm sorry we haven't been able to sort out whatever withdrawal issue you might have run into.
Do note that region restrictons and sanctions put in place by political reasons are outside of our boundries however, some payment methods might be restricted in regions today - that were not 6 months ago for example.
If you have issues with one payment method, I'd recommend trying a different one.
Could you please provide us with your Challengermode Username?
We will then be able to look into and sort out your withdrawal issue in detail!

Recentemente assinei o Challengermode PRO e até o momento não recebi nenhum retorno. Não consigo falar com o adm responsável pelos torneios. Na minha opinião não compensa você assinar o Challengermode PRO.

Devo lhe informar que Challengermode PRO é para chamados de suporte relacionadas à plataforma.
Todos os organizadores têm suas próprias maneiras de fornecer suporte aos jogadores que participam de seus torneios. O organização de Sobreviventes, por exemplo, possui um servidor Discord no qual eles cuidam de todos os chamados de suporte. Você pode encontrar um link para o servidor na descrição de seus torneios!
Esperamos que você encontre valor no Challengermode Pro, mesmo que organizadores individuais e seus administradores não estejam disponíveis no bate-papo de suporte no momento, mais recursos interessantes serão adicionados no futuro. :)

No geral é um site muito bom. em relação aos torneios 1vs1 assim que você termina o ultimo jogo o dinheiro cai direto na wallet sem burocracia muito rapido e pratico, eu só acho que deveria ter mais modos de jogo, tipo 3vs3 e torneios 1vs1 em summers'rift.
