Cela fait une semaine que j'échange avec un conseiller qui ne comprend rien et fait trainer les choses sans essayer de m'aider.
Pour retirer son argent il faut que le compte soit vérifié avec un jeu qui l'autorise. Dans mon cas c'est FTP.
Mais ce jeu n'est pas autorisé. On m'oriente vers steam mais je n'ai pas de jeu compatible avec le site.
Bref un vol d'argent en bonne et dû forme

C’est une grosse arnaque, ne tombez pas dans le panneau ! Le site est une façade pour récupérer vos identifiants Steam.

Le mode opératoire est toujours le même :

Un "ami" vous contacte par message privé.

Il vous demande de l'aide pour voter pour son équipe ou pour remplacer un joueur manquant dans un tournoi bidon.

Le lien vous renvoie vers ce site qui demande de vous connecter via Steam.

Résultat : Dès que vous entrez vos logs, ils prennent le contrôle de votre compte, changent l'adresse mail et utilisent votre profil pour spammer tous vos contacts avec le même lien piégé. Leur application est un véritable cheval de Troie.

FUYEZ ! Ne cliquez sur rien et prévenez vos potes si vous recevez ce genre de message.

Olá, boa tarde. Venho por este meio manifestar o meu sincero descontentamento com um dos administradores do vosso site, de nome "Bogdan". Não sei o que eu e um amigo meu fizemos para que ele tivesse tantos problemas connosco. Vou explicar tudo ao pormenor. Eu e um amigo meu jogámos no Challengermode há pouco mais de um ano. Nunca tivemos problemas. No entanto, o torneio CS2AllStars True Wingman tem alguns problemas, um deles é que quando os jogadores não estão prontos para a partida, o lobby fica bugado e não avança. Se não contactarmos o suporte, o jogo não avança. Reporto sempre os meus jogos ou os de outros jogadores para garantir uma jogabilidade mais rápida e sem problemas. Cada torneio tem os seus próprios problemas, e tenho de reportar o mesmo problema várias vezes. Outro problema está dentro do jogo. Em todas as partidas, quando se muda de lado a meio do jogo, o jogo faz uma pausa automaticamente e não volta a avançar, a menos que o reportemos ao administrador. Mais uma vez, não sei. Gostaria de lhe fazer o favor de reportar os meus jogos e os de outros jogadores ao administrador, ao que o administrador, novamente chamado de "Bogdan", que começou a responder aos tickets que abri durante estes problemas, começou a acusar-me de acreditar que estava a ganhar facilmente ao reportar estes problemas e dizendo que eu seria banido por excesso de tickets, ao que me deu um ban de 1 dia pelo seguinte motivo: "envio de uma quantidade excessiva de relatórios incorrectos ou uso indevido repetido do nosso Chat de Suporte e/ou abuso dos nossos Administradores". e eu só ajudo os administradores nada mais e eu recebo um banimento assim mas ok tudo bem, vamos para a próxima parte, a minha namorada também joga de vez em quando em torneios porque só temos um computador em casa que é meu enquanto eu estava banido eu disse a ela que se ela quisesse ir jogar com o meu amigo no torneio ela podia ir, e ela foi, no meio do jogo quando o meu amigo mandou mensagem para o suporte para tirar o jogo da pausa esse mesmo administrador "Bogdan" baniu a minha namorada permanentemente por usar várias contas, e o meu banimento que termina 20 minutos depois quando terminou também recebo um banimento permanente sem qualquer motivo, e o meu amigo que também estava a jogar com a minha namorada foi banido por 3 meses por ajudar ou jogar com batoteiros que sentido faz não entendo, então criei outra conta só para comunicar com o suporte e tentar resolver a situação para a qual viram a mensagem e não obtive resposta apenas outro banimento permanente, espero que estas 3 contas minhas, da minha namorada e do meu amigo sejam removidas estes banimentos porque honestamente não há razão para serem banidos. Simplesmente não sei qual é o problema deste administrador connosco por termos reportado problemas durante o torneio. Obrigado e espero que respondam o mais breve possível. Obrigado. mais uma vez peço desculpa por alguma coisa , mas o admin simplesmente embirrou connosco e deu nos ban por qualquer motivos... espero que esta situaçao se resolva porque ja enviei varios email para o vosso suporte e nunca obtive resposta obrigado

This is a phishing site. When you hit login you get what looks like a popup to link your steam account, BUT it's actually just an HTML5 element that looks like a browser window. It says steamcommunuty.com, but it's not actually a browser window, so when you enter your steam user/password you are giving it to the site directly. (TIP: try to drag it off the site window onto another monitor [it won't work])

This is a very high quality phishing attempt, I see the other reviews on here where people are reporting their accounts got hacked but don't know why. Now you know.

i was in a tournament but the admins for the wildz 25k prize pool are weird because they do not give u direct answers because i asked if the enemy team was cheating (noone was using the anti cheat and the anti cheat was shit) they we're like "akros checked the above and it was indeed due to the other issues" hello??? i answered if i had cheaters for enemys? and i even asked "were they cheating" they said no when we checked the demo he was obviously wallhacking... and they said they got info about the team (they asked akros the anti cheat admins) and they said they weren't cheating but it was obvious and i asked "can u check my team in akros?" because we werent using the anti cheat. (the anti cheat was buggy btw giving errors) and they just gave me a weird answer and the anti cheat for these tournaments are sus as hell "setup.exe" huh? noone names it like that look at faceits anti cheat name "faceitac" like what first time someone sent the anti cheat i thought it was a sus link thats why i didnt download it but like i even sended a video of the guy in their team walling and all i get is "they weren't cheating." okay weirdest response ever? if u would like to not have a virus i would not trust any link these people send even if others download it idk if they have some sort of virus in it yk? AND another thing they said "minimal players can join" okay yeah looks fun playing a 25k prize pool oh what do i see here A lvl 30 STEAM ACCOUNT WITH ATLEAST 10-20k HOURS?? HELLO??

If you're here, yes, it's a scam.

If you've googled this site, it's most likely because somebody has sent you a dodgy looking link on steam. challengermode is an actual website, but scammers are using alternative affixes (au. instead of www. in my case) to send you to scam versions of the website.

Apologies to the actual challengermode staff, seeing you damage control on a website like this speaks of actually giving a damn. But the people coming here are not likely here for your actual site, and so the review needs to be placed as a warning.

Someone random ask you if you want to be the 5th person to play dota, later they send u a platform, this website, where u try login/link u steam account, to later automatic via script send all ur items to their scamm accounts, careful!

What a liar you guys are, exactly the same address, pushing website, I check it, just search online, for pushing website platform/chatgtp and you guys are hacker! F liars.

Use at own rysk! I guys a played with over the years asked me to join for a tournament. Right after a trade offer was send without confirmation and lost all my expesive item skins. Futhermode blocked communications for some firned and unfriended some. Probably to try scam them.

Banning people for no reason , fortunally their site it's dying

I got a free temporary suspension on 2024-05-24 and I got no explanation even tho I wrote the next day with a lot of questions about the ban. It got automatically closed by admin (Cesar Rivera) and I even had more questions or at least what should I do if I want to compete in the ladder (Valorant). But I got just blocked. I wouldn't be surprised if I got ban just because I uploaded this review. I got scam on 5 euros, I hope they are happy. Here I add the whole letter I wrote to Challengermode administration about whole situation in which I got no response:
P.S. I could not upload link here, so if anyone using this site wants to get all information, just write me (if I will not be banned on Challengermode for this review): Redbulistas, I might add this whole situation to Reddit too, so maybe I will add information later on if it will be possible!

Added after response: My username in Challengermode is Redbulistas as it is written in text, I will not get my 5 euros back because it was used to buy subscription for the ladder on which I got banned on the last day so I would not get the reward.

Edit: After a few days of trying to learn the reason, I finally got it! I played 3-5 five stack games with players lower than diamond (I am Ascendant) and that way I broke the rules. I did not see that in the Ladder smurfing added as a rule and I didn't consider it as cheating the ladder, but got my answer there and just a tip then to add this rule to the Ladder Smurfing so other players should know it before they get banned. (Btw I got a response on how should people play, so play with players duo or five stack only if they are your or higher rank)

However the review will be left as it is because I did not want to upload this review in the first place, just that no cooperation from Challengermode administration (when I wrote the letter) left me surprised and very disturbed. This review is for bad customer service.

Update: After 4 months we have again a 1 star situation based on Challengermode administration/support actions. On June, the same Valorant players played with their premades that were lower rank (for what I got banned in the first place) and I thought what is happening, why is that allowed, then I talked with support about that and administration said that I CAN play with friends and there is nothing wrong and they encourage that and I thought oh ok, why it was different last month? They said that administrator was on a holiday and there is nothing written about the "playing with friend" problem and I said yeah, as it should be, because it is not written and from then on from June until July I played with friends. After that the old administrator came back and told that it is not allowed to play with premades once again. So I said okay, then I stop play, but when it came the last day of the same Ladder, I got banned once again, even tho I was talking and trying to communicate with administration to not get in the same situation, but what ever you do as a player to understand it, you will get banned eventually.

So if you want to use Challengermode, DO NOT put your own money into it and just use the money you win, so you do not get banned for playing by the rules.

P.S. The rules are not changed till today and they don't have ETA for it. (Seems suspicious as it can lead to free bans as this one and no explanation given)

I got a text on steam about 2 years ago, and the person who sent it was saying he needed +1 for a tournament I said sure i'll join you, no tournament happened and yesterday my account was hacked, and the person who hacked it was sending these same texts to my friend, I immediatly knew my account was hacked and he was trying to hack my friends as well, but the hacker was a moron as well, didn't even log me out of my account, didn't change the password either lol.

Tried playing in their PGL RMR Qualifier tournaments. Twice.

Both of these times, there has been an extremely long wait time, due to technical issues, and just slow admins.

me and my team have waited 7 hours total to play.

Olá! Desde já quero deixar bem claro que a Challengermode é uma fraude! Isso mesmo senhores e senhoras. Os melhores campeonatos são manipulados por eles, basta você ficar em primeiro lugar que eles bane sua conta alegando qualquer história sem perna e sem cabeça. Não nego que no início por falta de conhecimento infringi algumas regras mais depois disso não foi infrigida mais nenhuma regra e mesmo assim minha conta sempre esteve ativa só é banida quando alcanço a primeira posição estranho né ? Espero que todos que vê essa mensagem acordem e e comecem a boicotar esse site se é que se pode chamar de site né... Por que é anti profissional e enganoso. Se todos fizerem sua parte sites como esse deixam de existir melhorando assim a qualidade dos demais sites alternativos e a confiabilidade de retorno investimento. Bought a coaching session of 14€, the coach never replied, I opened a dispute and asked for my money back, only got 11€ because of "fees". Fk you I spent 14 I want ALL of my money back if the coach disappeared!!
