The Chair Cover Company Omdömen

Do not order off this company, I ordered 4 chair covers from them, described as beige on their website photos also shows them as beige, when they arrived they was brown, I had to pay £15.50 to try and return these which I feel I should not have had to do as they have falsely advertised them, they have not been accepted through customs in Ireland due to Royal Mail and are currently still in customs and now I am without any chair covers and £67.50 out of pocket I feel like I’ve been robbed, My advice to anyone that wants to buy these chair covers, buy them off SHEIN for half the price exactly the same free delivery and free returns no hassle that’s what I have had to do, absolutely disgusted with this rip off company they should take responsibility for their false selling, it should not be the responsibility of the buyers to return these if it is a fault of the company not the buyer, they have caused me nothing but stress and frustration

I paid extra for next day delivery it took 2 days which meant the bride didn't see them until today instead of wednesday last week , product itself was good quality & withstood strong winds & rain . I would have given 5 stars if delivery wasn't late & I feel I should be refunded postage as didn't get service I paid for .

Thanks 🙏🏾 for your help

The main thing anyone wants is a fast delivery turnaround and on all of the occasions we have used the company, they have always delivered on time.
Coupled with a friendly "can do" attitude they are a pleasure deal with.

I ordered 35 bows for the backs of chairs, for my 8 month old nieces funeral.
I ordered them at 10am Sunday morning with next day delivery( due to the venue changing last minute) it says on the website if ordered before 2pm they are shipped the same day. The funeral was Wednesday. They were delivered Thursday. I emailed Tuesday and never even got a reply. Now I have 35 bows I don't need, and cannot get hold of anyone from customer support

Having ordered the pastel coloured ties, they arrived promptly. The quality was excellent and packed neatly. I used for a wedding function. Everybody loved them. Will definitely buy again soon.

Excellent company we ordered chair covers and sashes and the were a great quality and very reasonable priced. Quick turn around on delivery.

Very quick delivery. Easy to order, no fuss. Brilliant

Excellent quality and fast delivery

ordered product received quick

The order delivery all fine just the quality of some covers one with hole brand new and two with elastic for chair legs not sewn on this is the second time this has happened.

Fast delivery good quality

The chair covers were exactly what was required to give our old chairs new look. They fitted our chairs perfectly and the room now looks smart and presentable for events.

I was three Sasha short and two had frayed. I sent a message through Customer Service nearly 3 weeks ago and nobody has replied. Very disappointed.

Good quality and fast delivery

Quick delivery and easy ordering service

The chair cover company had the perfect green satin chair bows for my daughters wedding, it was so easy to place the order the communication was great, they arrived quickly and well packaged, I’ve yet to open but they look beautiful!!
