From others I was put in contact CFS following the closing of the company I had worked for for 27 years. They highlighted a deficiency in the process of closure that finally resulted in a compensation of over £1,300 unexpected when Cfs persuade my cars.

Myles and his team were great, they took on our case after the company went into administration, everything was explained and forms were sent to us to fill in. They explained that it would take time due to the courts being busy. We were kept informed along the way and a couple of other forms were sent to us for signatures during the process. The pay out was more than I had expected it to be as well. Overall it was a very simple process for us and I'm grateful to all involved in this process. I would highly recommend using their services.

Really great, professional service from the whole team. The award process takes time (around 12 months in my case) due to various hurdles and red tape but CFS took care of everything on my behalf. Their fees are justified in my opinion as it would have been impossible to navigate without CFS. 100% satisfied with the end result.
