I'm quite skeptical about such cases

I'm quite skeptical about such cases; they drag on for weeks and don't always result in a win. However, this company handled the matter quite smoothly and delivered the promised positive resolution. I'm grateful and thankful for the outcome.

James reached out with days of business…

James reached out with days of business going into administration and explained how we could claim by doing nothing and they would do all the hard work. Kept up to date throughout the process and 12 months later and claim came through.

Good experience overall

Good experience overall, there are times when it all goes a bit quiet, but Vikki is always happy to update you. Preparation for giving witness testimony could have been better, but overall a good result.

Seamless Protective Award Claim

I recently used CFS for a Protective Award Claim with my colleagues following refundancy. The team were professional, answered all of our questions promptly when asked and as soon as they had any information and updates they let us know until completion.

Claim handled

Handled claim and gave as many updates as possible during a drawn out process dealing with the courts. Would not have chased myself, all this was handled by the company whilst always being willing to answer questions when possible
