Clothing actually looks alright. Service is pretty non existent. Chased up emails. Girlfriend purchased items for me for Christmas - unopened but couldn’t exchange as outside terms and conditions. Tops are not cotton - skin tight horrible material. Shorts are okay.
Won’t be back - as I say, items look nice on website but don’t expect service with it.

Didn’t answer my girlfriend’s email about an exchange, pretended they didn’t receive it. However, when I emailed to say I’m trying to order an item, I got an immediately response - says it all 👍🏻

Total scammers be carful i would never order again horrible experience so if someone looking to order i would highly recommend NO NO NO rather pay more somewhere else made a huge order & they would not accept to return 1 item 👎👎

Terrible experience, they haven't delivered in 7 weeks and not responding to my emails... total scammers!!!

Carefully with this company, they dont pay custom and tax. You may not receive your items if you dont pay the customs and tax.

Very odd move by this company...
I rather pay 10$ more in shipment then paying 10$ in custom and tax + 30$ in government fees for paying the 10$ custom and tax.
Like why would a company ever force its customer to pay x3 times in fees for saving 10 bucks...

Poor customer service item never received and wasn’t interested in chasing it up.

spent 120£ on the webshop, ordered 20 days ago.
can see the money is transferred, but didnt get a confirmation or anything.
tried contacting them twice on the page, about tracking number or anything. but no replies....

hoping too get a response soon.

Cerus Clothing is excellent quality and quick delivery too. I have been a returning customer for over year now. I buy lots of workout sets for myself and my boyfriend. Perfect for working out in the gym! We find the styles really comfortable and they look great on. Definitely recommend!

Purchasing in Internet is always a risk so I was surprised what amazing material Cerus use. I made several orders after I discovered how comfortable they are.
Btw..they are really responsible in Instagram with advices and support.
Hope they will present new models soon

Quality is good, however...

Sizes doesn't match the images at all... and with 19 days delivery time at such high rates, it would take 40 days and be very costly to do a resizing.

Probably not gonna reorder from Cerus again.
