Stay away!!! They send me wrong order. I did send it back - on my own cost. Now they not responding for email and no refund. Never again

Cerusclothing, send me the clothing and and I paid for shippingcost and than I didn’t get my packages because of tax need to be paid I don’t gonna pay that and when I want my money back they suddenly don’t respond anymore, worst experience in 10 years don’t buy your stuff here.

Jeg bestilte mine varer, for 1200 kr. d. 31 maj!
Jeg har stadig ikke modtaget min ordre, og nu meddeler UPS at jeg ført kan få ordren udleveret hvis jeg betaler ekstra 600 kr. for toldafgift. Altså 50% mere for ordren..
Jeg må nægte modtagelse og kæmpe for at få pengene igen.. Øv, produkterne virkede ellers fede..

I got different things then I ordered. They dont reply on my emails at all. Their customer service is just ignoring all the e-mails. The clothes is ok, litlle cheaper materials and after first wash lost end of the laces from shorts, but at least they still fit ok.

Awful customer service, ignore emails (5 emails at least) and no telephone number to call.
Provide the same tracking number for different orders and ignore requests for help tracking.
Order placed on 12th March, contacted them on the 4th of April. Not heard from them ever since.... Truly awful!
One of my order is missing and no way to recover missing items.
Stressful and frustrating experience.
Avoid for your own sanity.

Tout d’abord je tiens à vous prévenir comme l’ont fait des précédents avis mais il y a bien des frais de douanes de 14,50€ à payer en plus d’une livraison d’environ 15€ quand on se fait livrer en France, donc soyez prévenu !

Attendez-vous à un délai de livraison plutôt long ( environ 2 à 3 semaines )…

Concernant ma commande, je suis satisfaisait du short que j’ai commandé, la qualité ne semble pas mauvaise ( à voir sur le long terme ).

Je ne m’attendais pas à une matière comme celle ci, elle est extensible et plutôt agréable donc c’est un bon point.
Cependant le short est plutôt lourd.

Je voulais absolument commander un short de cette marque car je cherchais partout un short à double épaisseur et impossible d’en trouver avec des styles ou des couleurs originales, voilà pourquoi mon choix s’est porté sur Cerus malgré différents avertissements de ne pas le faire.

Si vous êtes dans le même cas que moi sachez que la couche supérieur du short est assez longue et au finale retombe assez bas ce qui ne permet pas de voir significativement la couche inférieure qui fait le style de ce short comme montré sur les photos de mannequin du site.

I really like the quality of Cerus clothing, I've bought a few things for my boyfriend for his birthday and out of all of his fitness clothes these are the ones that have stood the test of time! After multiple washes the clothes still look brand new which is something I rate 100%. And I ordered him some socks as most of his have holes in them from other well known brands but the cerus ones still look brand new. I will be ordering more for sure as the quality is just not what you get from some of the bigger brands these days.

I orderd t shirt and short as set, the fitting is perfect. It looks like,they have the customisation for me. The color is great similar to photo. I will try to order new color and styles in future as Cerus clothing do have a lot styles. Much appreciated team Cerus. Thank you

Ordered 2 t-shirts and a short. Received 3 t-shirts only 1 was okay quality. Had some email exchange then they said no more messages until they i resend the items which i did. Never heard them since and did not get refund. SCAM

Purchased some clothes from these guys and love them. Some of the best feeling gym clothes in the game! I especially really like the 2 in 1 shorts 👌🏼

Ordered items, came within 3 days. Not bad I thought.

Opened the items (shirt and shorts) and they absolutely stunk of smoke, horrendous! Not what I expect when paying for new clothing (not cheap either compared to other brands)

Pas kleding besteld met een levertijd van 2 weken, maar dat was wel van tevoren aangegeven.
Kleding zit goed, daar ben ik zeer tevreden mee.
Alleen jammer dat er onverwachts nog invoerkosten betaald moesten worden, dat was minder.

Très mauvaise expérience avec eux. Commandes de 3 shorts pour Noël !! Je n’en reçois que 2 sur 3 avec en plus des frais de douanes de 15 euros!!!
J’ai envoyé plusieurs mails toujours sans réponse !!! À éviter de tout urgence qui plus je suis déçu de la qualité !!
