My experience with centra training has been very impactful. Every session I have with my tutor is like planting a seed of knowledge in side of me. Thank you so much.

First and foremost I would like to express my sincere gratitude for this opportunity,I am so grateful for my tutor Julie warland who has made my experience great throughout the course, she has been enthusiastic in giving unwavering support and motivation, her availability and accessibility was 247, whenever I needed assistance she would respond promptly to my queries since the course commenced to its conclusion , she is certainly a world class, I have gained versed knowledge and skills which has made my daily work experience practically possible due to the ability of making informed decisions, these has brought forth a positive outcome to the residents I support and the team at large.the experience is indeed an eye opener, I would like to thank the company at large for having passionate and competent staff members who are working tirelessly to ensure the success of the learners, the chain of communication is absolutely superb.I highly recommend anyone to choose centra training for a successful studying experience.

My support from Ros was invaluable. During a challenging and extremely busy year, she guided and supported me throughout. The schedules outlining what needed to be completed were always sent through clearly and concisely, which made the process far easier to manage. As a business owner, there is only one choice for me — and that is CENTRA — to ensure my team gain the qualifications necessary to support our business.

I like the course itself as it made me understand well how to care for adults, most importantly those with dementia. However, the course became so lengthy as questions were repeatedly answered after overarching discussions and observations.

The company drilled me so well, now I have a good understanding of my roles as a caregiver.I actually thought I would be taught like normal
Classes in school, but this is more of a research program, because I did all myself, my tutor only guided me through it all.Moreso, I acknowledge my tutor , Melanie Bonshor, for her patience and guidance through out the course, thank you.

Great care is taken to ensure each individual is excelling in their studies, flexible working, opportunities to grow and develop. The e-platform is easy and accessible, strong induction and good feedback.

During my course of study with Melanie bonshor,it was a great one because she gave her time,she has a listening ears and ready to assists.

The portal online was easy to access and follow, I was given regular updates from my assessor. Assessor was supportive and flexible when needing to change appointments at short notice.The progress chart also help keep me motivated.

From registration to tutor support the process has been smooth. My tutor is really supportive and always available to support where needed. I am enjoying arguing through Centra and once I’ve completed this level I will be studying further with through them. HB

The whole experiance was fantastic.
My Tutor (LC) was very knowlageable, helpful, and friendly. The content of the course was insightful, well put together and the resources were extremely helpful.
The assments were tailored to my learning style and I felt fully supported by my tutor every step of the way.

The tutor I had Judy Warland was a very big help to me when I was struggling, she explained things to me so that I could properly understand some of the questions. I enjoyed doing my level 2 with Centra learning, tutor was very helpful, the course was easy to access and to navigate.

My assessor, Ros, has been helpful and supportive from the outset and is working with me to ensure I will achieve my goal.

I found the online portal easy to understand and the support and guidance i received from my tutor amazing . She was very quick to reply to any emails or concerns I had and was very approachable and friendly . If I was to do another diploma it would definitely be with Centra training.
