If I could give less than 1 star I would. A company called Celise was advertising on Facebook selling Kerastase products for £34.95. I bought them off a Facebook advertised site. Never received them. Received spoof emails saying things were delayed, things were lost in transit, did I want a return?? I said YES. Have never heard a thing more or received anything. Apparently a Spanish base. Do not use!!!

Scam, bought a bundle weeks and weeks ago, apparently lost in transit, support email provided does not work, scam.

Ordered in July keratase shampoo bundle not received product lost apparently in transit then any email sent to same email previously corresponding to comes back undeliverable. No product no money. avoid at all costs

A scam company. I ordered shampoo and conditioner which I did think was too cheap and therefore too good to be true. Unfortunately this turned out to be the case. The product never arrived. I received an email asking if I wanted a refund. Two months later I am still without the product or a refund.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience at this place. My belongings were stolen, and I was extremely disappointed with how the situation was handled. I expected to feel safe and have a good experience, but instead I left feeling upset and frustrated.

I strongly recommend being very careful with your personal belongings if you decide to visit. This experience completely ruined my impression of the place.

Awful, do not order from this company, I ordered Kerastase shampoo & conditioner over 1 x month ago never arrived and I’ve had to go to my bank to claim a refund. Instagram should not allow these scammers to falsely advertise. Avoid

Ordered kerastase hair products in July & never received them. They emailed saying it was lost in transit - would I like a new order or refund - I said refund but never heard back despite follow ups.
Wish I checked trustpilot before I ordered!

I’d give zero if I could. I purchased kerastese items on offer over 7 weeks ago. I haven’t received any emails regarding my order - I sent them an email 26 days ago and still had no response.

Instagram need to stop Allowing companies like this to advertise. No refund no communication, no items that I paid for. Absolute scam

⚠️ Do not order from this website! My order is over a month late, with no tracking number or clear delivery date. Customer service has not provided any real answers. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend this site.

I did an order on the 4th July for £35.95 which I received a confirmation email. I have since not received my order nor have I received any replies to my 6 emails to the company. I’m really disappointed & frustrated as I did report this to facebook & they did not uphold my complaint….so this company continues to trade & advertise on FB, but are failing to deliver the goods, failing to provide any resolution or support & not giving any refunds. It must be a bogus company. Buyer beware…..

This site is bad. Very bad. No replies to emails, waited ages for my order(s), finally been dispatched then received a email to say lost in transit. I think it’s a scam site. Would never order anything from these again.

I am awaiting order which now does not seem to exist no reply to emails and no phone number. Have emailed asking them to cancel and refund me my money. Disappointed that they are still allowed to advertise when not a genuine company. Unless they can prove otherwise.

Totally disappointed ordered a bag for my daughters birthday it did not arrive been emailing many occasions one email saying my parcel was lost in transit what a load of crap! I have not received a refund be carful with this company as they are scammers taking peoples money!! 😡😡😡
