Unfortunately, you've posted your review on the wrong business profile. My company, Cedar and Tin, is a small, independently owned personalized gift shop based in Texas, established in 2014.

I do not sell birdbaths, garden decorations, or the product you've described. You're referring to Cedar and Tin Co, an entirely separate business with a similar name.

I understand your disappointment, but these misplaced reviews are seriously affecting the reputation of my small business, even though I've had no involvement in these transactions.

Unfortunately, I believe your review has been posted on the wrong company's Trustpilot page.

My business is Cedar and Tin, a small, independently owned personalized gift shop based in Texas, USA. I've been selling on Etsy since 2014, and I don't sell hedgehog houses or any of the garden products you've described.

There is another business called Cedar and Tin Co that advertises those products. Despite our very similar names, I have absolutely no connection to that company.

I'm so sorry for the confusion, but would you mind removing this review from my business's profile and, if you'd like, posting it on the Trustpilot page for the company you actually purchased from?

I've only recently discovered that customers of the other company have been leaving reviews on my Trustpilot profile, and I'm trying to get the confusion straightened out. It's been upsetting to see the reputation I've spent more than a decade building affected by complaints about products I've never sold.
