Parcel labelled incorrect
Ordered some shoes but they was sent to a different post code to mine plus there was no house number.
I checked my invoice and everything was correct but the courier label has been addressed incorrectly.
I now have to wait for the order to be returned before I get a refund or items resent, even though they can see the items are being returned via the courier’s statement.
Now getting refund but don’t admit it’s their fault, invoice clearly shows my correct address.
The delivery label should be the same so clearly a fault Cavani’s distribution end.
Not to worry never shop with them again

The parcel was dispatched using the shipping address entered at checkout, which did not include a house number and contained an incorrect postcode, meaning Royal Mail were unable to complete the delivery and the parcel was returned to us. We can confirm that a full refund has now been processed, and the funds should reach you shortly.
Shoes look and feel superb
Shoes look superb. Great quality. Well made. Just that bit different. Perhaps just slightly too big as I am sometimes a size 6 in a formal shoe. 7 is your smallest size. Hopefully OK with a thicker sock for my wedding. The only disappointing thing was they were left in my green bin without notifying me. Luckily it wasn't green bin collection day or I may have lost them.Found when I put some rubbish in.

Marvellous Marcel ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️…
A delightful young man named Marcel greeted us, looking impeccable, with the most beautiful smile! He gave us time to look around and was so helpful when we needed it, but not pushy in any way. We wanted an olive suit for our daughters wedding to compliment the groom and groomsmen suits that had been purchased from Cavani a couple of months previously. There is an excellent selection of suits in different materials which can be mixed and matched. Ties, belts, shoes and more. We found 'the one' and Marcel helped with sizing, going back and forth for different trousers, waistcoats and jackets. He was so attentive, making sure we were happy with our choice and informed us of timings for delivery and alterations. All in all a fabulous shopping experience with thanks to Marvellous Marcel! I would recommend this store 100% and Marcel was the icing on the cake, a total credit to the company👏👏👏 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great quality
Trousers and waistcoat are both great quality, and were a great price. Shame they didn't have the matching jacket in my size, but I will keep looking. The free delivery was a bonus.

Can't fault Cavani, the product is great, the price was amazing, I have worked in the tailoring industry, so I know quality when I see it. The DPD experience was a bit ropey as it came on Tuesday when I was led to believe it would come on Monday. Would defo recommend Cavani to others

Amazing service. Quality items
Ordered a new suit Christmas day and arrived within 5 days. Trousers, which are usually my size, were a little tight so I issued a return. Simple process with free returns. New trousers arrived and fitted perfectly. Highly recommended. This is my second three piece suit from them. Will order again
