Do not order from this site.
I placed an order on the 5th of February that has been "processing" since.
Customer support are very slow to respond and assured me on the 24th of Feb my order would be shipped; still nothing.
I have emailed again requesting a refund before disputing the charge with my bank

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. My order has been received but not yet posted. It has been 11 business days and no reply to my email to customer service. When I tried calling they state they do not deal with online orders over the phone.

Update - I did receive an email from customer service and my items were sent within 3 days of recieving the email. However every item was wrong and not what I had ordered. I told customer service I wanted to send them back and get a full refund. To their credit they did fulfill this request quickly and I did get a full refund.

I tried this company out and after no contact about my order for 2 weeks, and no options to contact them further I disputed the transaction with my bank. One hour after the dispute was raised, they contacted me with apologies and excuse of a 'small team'. They do not present as a legitimate operator, do not have any type of customer service, and are not worth the trouble. Surprised they are still in business.

I ordered $160 worth of shampoo and conditioner 9 days ago and it hasn’t even in the shipping stage or packaged stage just processed stage well of course it is you’ve taken my money and given me NOTHING !! Awaiting reply on email for full refund but it’s not looking good for me :( hate scammers

Purchased shampoo and conditioner online from Catwalk 12/2, hasn’t arrived, still pending processing. Four emails not answered, no phone number available. Zero customer service.

Wish I had done my research before ordering here. Never again. No customer service getting back to you. The cheap prices are not worth it. They’ll charge your account and you won’t get any orders shipped. Juts put in a bank fraud dispute. This company has got to go

SCAM. Do not order whatever you do. Your order wont be sent and there is no communication.

Ordered products two weeks ago with the understanding (because that's what was indicated) that my items would be shipped in 5 business days. The order is still stuck with no updates, and any of my attempted communication has gone unanswered. I have had to, in the interim, buy more of the product to tide me over which has just cost more money that this was worth. I understand shipping delays, but the terrible customer service is what is most frustrating. No responses to my queries, but my email gets spammed by them every day looking for me to buy more products. Extremely poor experience.

Same as other reviews. 9 days from order and goods are yet to be despatched. Do not respond to emails. Requested refund, again, zero response. Tried to make contact using phone listed on website but it is a bogus number. Nowhere to go now but to report to consumer affairs.

I ordered and paid for $200 worth of skin treatments and after the confirmation of purchase, have heard nothing. I emailed them several times to follow up about when it would be shipped - no response. This company is a scam, wish I'd read the reviews before ordering. Forget the marginally cheaper prices they offer, you're literally throwing money into thin air. Will report to the ACCC

I wish I had read reviews of this company before placing an order with them. Ordered 2 bottles of shampoo on 24th Dec 2025, received the wrong products, checked if I had made a mistake in ordering, I had not. Emailed the company from their 'contact us' website on 8th Jan 2026 to say I had received the wrong product, I got a reply from someone named Audrey, asking me to send a photo of what I had been sent and the package, and details, I did as instructed and after that..... nothing, no email, no further communication. Waited for 2 weeks, sent them an email again on 26th Jan 2026, asking for some update. Nothing till date (17th Feb 2026)
So I just have to accept that I lost my money and received shampoo that I cannot use (for blond hair, and I have black hair)
I've decided to buy my products from Hairhouse Warehouse and pay a little extra, at least I get what I want and no such hassles.
I wish I could give them zero stars.... the order was not complicated, 2 bottles of shampoo... how hard is it to get that right?
Customer service after that... sucks!

Ordered hair products on 23-1-2026. Waited till 10-1-2026 and no order received. Emailed Catwalk 10-2-2026 asking when my order will be shipped. They replied saying there is stock issues and will expedite my order for express shipping. Still waiting and have emailed them again yesterday 17-2-2026 requesting my order be shipped immediately and added that if my order is not received by 20-2-2026 I will be contacting Consumer Affairs.

Worst online site to purchase. Purchased products 8 days ago with no contact regards delivery. Emailed them twice and no contact whatsoever. Had to report to PayPal and ask for my money back. Would not advise to purchase from this site

Ordered products 8 days ago worth over $100. Have tried to contact them three times asking if my order has been shipped/where is my order. No response from email, their website or by calling them. Disgusting service, shouldn’t be allowed to trade or sell products!!!

It's been 11 days since I placed an order and they still haven't shipped it. Emailed support 5 days ago, no response. Had to refund through my bank.

Pretty pathetic coming from a business in Australia, shipping domestically within the same city. I get faster shipping from China.

Ordered something. Was meant to be dispatched within 3 days.
Numerous emails sent only to get back there is a delay.
Asked PayPal for a refund. Waiting to get my money back.

I placed my order on 27 December 2025 and this has been an exhausting experience from start to finish.

The order was delayed due to “supply chain issues”. When it finally arrived, it was the wrong product.

I returned it immediately and was told the refund would take 3–5 business days once received. That timeframe passed with no refund, and I had to repeatedly chase updates. Communication was slow and vague, and progress only happened after multiple follow ups.

It is now 10 February and I’ve only just been told the refund has finally been processed and to wait another 10 days for the money to appear. From placing the order to (hopefully) receiving my refund, this process will have taken over 6 weeks.

This experience gave me very little confidence that the item was ever actually ready to dispatch in the first place. I would not order from Catwalk again EVER and it has been by far the worst online shopping experience I have had

Can’t give “0” stars. I ordered shampoo and conditioner and still have not received. When ordered they were supposed to deliver within a few days. I followed up and they said the item was no in stock but would be at the end of the week… that week came and went.. so did another after another follow up. Constantly getting responses it will be here at the end of the week but does not arrive. Have asked for refund and they just ignore the request. I purchased via afterpay so have asked for my money back through afterpay now. This is the WORST! Company… DO NOT ORDER

Just adding another review saying more of the same. As of tomorrow I will be waiting 5 weeks. Bottle of shampoo, bottle of conditioner. Still hasn't been shipped. For the first couple of weeks I got a couple of emails saying there is an unexpected delays. Then nothing. Two days ago I sent an email asking where it was and just an automated reply letting them know they will respond sometime soon. From reading these reviews I'm not holding my breath.

Total scam. Products never arrived. Useless non existent customer service. Do not purchase from here! This site should be shut down!
