Cathedral Products started back in 1997 with just one item — our original Home Office File Box, which we’re proud to say is still made in our South Staffordshire factory today. Since then, we’ve grown a lot. Our range now covers over 40 different product categories, including everything from home office essentials to crafting must-haves. With a 30,000 sq. ft. warehouse, factory and showroom all under one roof, we’re set up to deliver great value and dependable products to our customers across the UK. We’re all about designing and sourcing items that strike the right balance between innovation, reliability and affordability. Our team travels far and wide to bring new ideas to life, creating practical solutions for use at home, at work or in the classroom. While we work with trusted partners overseas, we’re proud of our British roots. Our in-house manufacturing is a big part of who we are, and products like the Home File Box and Steel Hobby Box are officially certified ‘Made in Britain’. We’re here to make everyday organisation simpler, smarter and more affordable — and we’ve been doing just that for over 25 years.

Hi Stephen,
I’m really sorry to hear you were disappointed with the delivery time. I’ve checked your order, and it was despatched the morning after it was placed, meeting our usual despatch timeframe. Unfortunately, it appears your parcel was delayed while in Royal Mail’s network, which is sadly beyond our control.
You selected our standard delivery option (Royal Mail Tracked 48), which usually arrives within two working days, though occasional delays can occur. Our support team did respond to your email to explain this, but I completely understand your frustration with the delay, and we appreciate your feedback as it helps us improve our service.
Kind regards,
Cathedral Products

Excellent Customer service
Cathedral Products have restored my faith in providing excellent Customer Service from a UK Brand. I would happily buy again from this company as they went above and beyond my expectations when I reached out to them. Ellie was a shining beacon of friendliness and professionalism and would like to thank both her and Cathedral for delivering not just a File Box but resolving my issue without fuss. Thank you again.

Excellent Product.
I’ve had one of these before. Used it many times in prep for classes. Lasted years. Have bought a second one and spare blade as I donated mine. Light weight, so easy to transport. All you would need unless you have a commercial turnover. Fast delivery. Well packaged. Cannot fault.
