Spare keys delivered a month later
I had several issues with the delivery company (first parcel lost, second one damaged beyond repair. Finally someone sent me a third pair of keys via royal mail that arrived with no issues. It took a month, but finally got them. Excellent customer service. Thank you

Why advertise incorrectly
After trying several different outlets and failing to find the correct size folders for this file box, I ordered them via the QR code on the leaflet inside the box.
They came in good time, however I didn't unpack and use them for several days.
When I did they are the wrong size, far to big, so useless.
Now I have the inconvenience of finding any correspondence I hopefully still have and try and sort their error.
Another reason buying on line is a pain

Fast service
Fast service, however 1 plastic label arrived cracked and one file had no glue on one side. Having said that I like the metal document storage box.

Great service though if I had been aware the replacement keys came as a pair, I’d have ordered less.
