Based on the reviews I order this tracker. It stated no monthly fee or subscription, but the truth is it requires an active sim card that has a monthly fee. It also so 100% satisfaction guarantee, but they do not pay return postage, which to England from the US was over $50 plus restocking fee of 10 pounds. As a curtesy 30% refund if did not return. I so request getting sucked into there advertising.

Paid the money, got my ticket number and that was all they did. There are no posts on Facebook at all. Basically it is a scam. Shame on them .

This is a total scam! They advertise that they use paid for ads on Facebook and Instagram to all people in an area that you pick… they do NOT do this. They post a picture on their IG account which has about 2500 followers WORLDWIDE and that’s it. Not a single ad was seen by anyone I know in my chosen area.
They have ignored all my attempts to contact them. Absolutely disgusting to prey on the desperation of people who are heartbroken by the loss they of a beloved pet.
You have been warned, this is NOT legit. If I could have given no stars I would have.

Add never came online, have been writing to them for ages now, nothing comes back

The cat finder service was good, and helped validate my search when the person who had my cat was looking for me. He did not see the add, but posted his own add on FB which was seen by a friend.

Paid the fee last Wednesday but not seen nor heard a thing from cat-finder except a ticket number when I queried what was happening. Personal I now believe this to be a scam…. don’t waste your money.

Took my money on Monday is Friday - my pets profile not created, zero communication, zero help, it is scam as far as I see it. Where donI report it?

Was very easy to use fast getting up post and my cat turned up later that night seemed hungry and abit thin like he was trapped somewhere but he’s home very well and happy would recommend this for anyone missing there family pet

was also a victim too I contacted petaction at mail. co.Uk and they were so helpful

That was big help for me because I saw how many people saw my ad, how many people shared it. This gave me big hope in human.

Genuinely thought this was a scam. I registered my cat as missing and heard nothing from them for 6 days. An absolute waste of money and incredibly unfair to offer a service to those panicked about a lost pet that you can’t deliver on.

My daughter has paid £30 to this website and they have taken the money but they haven't responded to her emails nor have put up the post for her missing cat. On the main page for this website, there is a photo of a man called Lauren Ten hor (as the CEO of this cat-Finder company), but if you google this man , he has nothing to do with this website and he lives in the Netherlands. It seems to me this is a fictitious company that are taking advantage of people who are desperate to find their cats. We have reported them now to the government website as well as PayPal. Do not use this website, it will not help to get your cat back , it is a waste of money and a scam.

Great idea and we had a couple of calls- eventually via a connection we got him back, but the "publicity" was vital. Great idea

I saw that many people saw and shared my emergency after few seconds since my posts bacame active, but fortunately, I found my cat before receiving help from you. So I am not sure haw it works but thank you🙏🤗

Played a big part in me being to track down my wayward animal with several people pointing out they'd seen the ad. Thanks to the many people who helped out 😊

Our cat came home by his self, cat-finder gave us the feeling that we were doing something and maybe helped ease the time he was away! I'd recommend.

SCAM website!

We didn’t get any replies from the ads and not sure if any actually went up.
Luckily I paid with PayPal so I could dispute the payment and I was refunded. I would recommend anyone who pays this company via them to do the same
