If, for any reason, you decide it's not for you, we'll either arrange to collect the artwork free of charge or you can drop the artwork into your local gallery.

We bought a lovely picture from here in…
We bought a lovely picture from here in December, when we put it up it was slightly damaged, however Jane and Robert immediately said it would be replaced! They arranged for it to be picked up and replaced in Lowestoft a long way from Cambridge.
The aftercare was amazing and what lovely people! Will definitely buy again.

Excellent Fine Art Shop
Nice shop in the heart of Liverpool. There is some excellent fine art available to purchase. Stephen looked after us and showed us the background behind some of the pieces we were looking at and selecting for purchase. I'd recommend a browse around any time for friendly service. Would recommend! You are never rushed!

My recent first-time visit to the Tunbridge Wells Gallery was an absolute delight. First time visit

Great Service
Customer service in the Winchester branch was exceptional, the team welcomed me upon entry & allowed me sufficient time to browse, before engaging in conversation. I was looking for a present for my wife and with art being so subjective I decided a return visit is in order with her to choose for herself. Quiet often the lack of sale reflects poorly on the interaction however the ladies carried in an a friendly & positive manner even after I had signalled I wouldn't be purchasing today. Some stores / sales people would have spoilt the experience at this point not in Castle Fine Art the friendly service & professionalism was there throughout my whole visit & I am sure it will be when I return.

No-Pressure Atmosphere
We were impressed by the team's deep knowledge of the art and the relaxed, no-pressure atmosphere in Stamford. Our purchased piece was expertly packaged for safe transport, and while delivery was offered, I couldn't wait to bring it home.

Great art gallery
I have been visited the Castle Fine Art gallery in Glasgow so many times for the last few years.
It’s so nice to pop up in the gallery and admiring the new paintings every time I am in Glasgow city centre.
The range of paintings and sculptures to be seen is huge.
The staff is incredibly friendly and they change the artwork on display often, so I every time I am there are new paintings and sculptures to admire.

Outstanding Customer Service
Purchasing this artwork online as a birthday present for my girlfriend only 11 days before the actual day would usually cause me some stress due to the time required for the item to be prepared and shipped, but Dulcie at Castle Fine Art went above and beyond to advise me and get it to us as soon as possible.
My girlfriend is very happy with it and luckily for me (because it’s hung in our living room) I am too. It has added some colour to our room which I didn’t realise it needed and the quality of the mounting, the frame and the print itself are very obvious to the eye.
I would highly recommend purchasing from Castle Fine Art, the customer service has been exceptional, I would also recommend allowing more time for processing and delivery than I did. This is advice I will take myself when we inevitably order more pieces by Paul Corfield in the future.

Excellent experience
Excellent experience and very professional service from Sim at the Stratford upon Avon gallery. I’d seen a James McQueen limited edition and Sim sourced and arranged delivery for me. He kept me informed on the progress of my order all the way through. A fantastic art gallery with a team to match! I’ve bought a few of pieces from Castle Fine Art in Brighton and I’ve been Scott’s client now for a number of years! Scott has always been on the money in respect of pieces that would suit my taste - whether it be representing something personal to me which he knew I’d appreciate in respect of the significance of the piece or whether it be the artist’s style who he knew would match my taste!
