We're pleased to offer free UK delivery on all artwork and sculpture orders. We want you to be absolutely happy with your artwork, so we offer a 14 day cooling off period. If, for any reason, you decide it's not for you, we'll either arrange to collect the artwork free of charge or you can drop the artwork into your local gallery.

Perfect service
Firstly, Castle Fine Art have a wonderful selection of Limited Editions and Originals to cater for all interests and tastes. Having initially enquired I had a prompt response. Dan was friendly, enthusiastic and informative but at the same time not pushy in any way. I felt relaxed making my own choices. Lovely experience at the Wincester shop
From entering the shop,leaving the shop and aftercare Tia from the Wincester shop has been amazing. So informative about all the art we asked about. Greeted on entry, had a good look round then sat and chatted about artwork we were interested in with Tia and a drink. No pressure to buy anything. The painting we did want to buy was brought down and hung on the wall, so we could see it in all it's glory. Have been to different Castle Fine Art shops and they have all been lovely. Tia has been great with the Aftercare as well making sure we recieved the art work and it arrived safety

Amazing service

The most amazing gallery
We go into castle fine arts in Exeter on a regular basis and have made several purchases over the last few years, what make it so special for us is the way we are made to feel, Chris is so knowledgeable about all the artworks and always give you his time to share his expertise.
The after sales is truly incredible the guys will always go above and beyond what you would ever expect.
We are always made to feel like a friend not just a customer and that is how a true salesperson should be, never once have we been pressurised into making a purchase and Chris is a credit to the company.

I went to the Mk store on a whim to…
I went to the Mk store on a whim to enquire about some Paul corfield pieces and was greeted by Naomi. Very lovely and asked if I needed help. We had a lovely conversion about the artwork available and it led me to purchase ‘majesty of mountains’ by Paul corfield. Her expertise and kind hearted nature was great and rare amongst retail today! We kept in touch while I had to cross some red tape at work and Naomi and her team were very patient with me. Very poor customer service
Very poor experience related to customer service. Received the artwork damaged, first they promised to settle within short time, then no communication for more than two weeks, finally they organised return of the piece without any proper communication and until now I am still waiting that my price paid is reimbursed, never had experience with such an unprofessional organisation. Thank you for the answer, all correct, artwork was collected 2 months after receipt and claim, and contact with your customer service was established since then, but answers takes weeks and longer.

I visited the gallery with my daughter…
I visited the Chester gallery with my daughter trying to find a suitable artwork for my hall. Nicola was professional, approachable and understood exactly what I was looking for so I finally found my piece with her help!
The communication was excellent, when I sent a picture of the art work on the wall I received a lovely acknowledgment. I have visited a few galleries and the staff can appear frosty but Nicola was welcoming and knowledgeable, thank you!

Outstanding service
I have not experienced Customer Service as good as this for a very long time. I placed an order for some artwork but had a query relating to the delivery. I was expecting to wait a day or two for a reply but I got a reply back within an hour or two and the attention to detail in the response was amazing. Daniel Tortos from Head Office went over and above to ensure he communicated all aspects of my delivery, taking time to ensure I had all the information I needed. Great experience
We enjoyed our visit to Castle Gallery in Bristol. The layout and selection of artworks was first class.
I'd gone specifically to view the new Bob Dylan collection, the Stone Bridge in particular.
Jonathan who dealt with us was brilliant, very enthusiastic without being pushy. I felt we'd made a new friend by the time we left. I ended up buying not only The Stone Bridge, but also a Paul Corfield print for my wife. Will visit again.

Expanding art collection
We have gotten to know Jonathan Hacking very well over the last few years. He knows what sort of art we enjoy and with showing him pictures of our house understands what we are looking for.
We never feel pressured into buying a piece of art, but it is good to see some alternative artists work.
