My wife and I bought a 2000 hichhiker. the staff was great . very helpful and willing to help me with any and all questions and problems that we had even after the sale We will buy are next one from them .

We had been searching for the right camper for a couple months and reached out to many camper places. Staci was by far the best sales person to stay in touch with us and help us find exactly what we wanted. We ended up working with Chris as well. They both went above and beyond to help us and they did all they could to make our process easy and fast since we were from out of state. Love our new camper and definitely would buy there again! We got a great interest rate for our loan and they got us to the payment we wanted.

We were having a problem with our new trailer we bought losing the charge on our battery. it has one of the new Lithium batteries. We took the trailer to the Logan location twice for repairs and they were unable to fix it. We had to leave the trailer both times for the repairs to be done. We then took the trailer to the Helper location and David there went above and beyond the his job I feel to get it right! We brought the trailer in and he immediately went to work trying to find the problem. He spent a great deal of time on it and finally after trouble shooting everything and replacing our solar panel had the problem fixed. The trailer now seems to be holding a charge and working as intended. And we took the trailer home the same day without having to leave it! David is a Great person to have work on your RV. I wish more people took as much effort and pride in their job and workmanship as David does! He turned a very unpleasant experience for us into a very enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend taking any RV to him for repairs. He's a great person to represent Castle Country RV. I wouldn't however recommend taking your RV to the Logan location for any reason.

This was my first purchase of a Travel Trailer. They were very friendly and cover all the details of setting up and using the trailer. Everything from the Paper work to driving off the lot with the travel trailer in tow went smooth. I drove off the lot with confidence I would do things right and begin enjoying RVing.

The only good thing I can say is they have a nice selection of RVs. Very apparent that once the sale is final they no longer care about you or your RV. Sales is questionable on their knowledge of any RV. Service department is amateur at best and potentially life treating at worst. In stalled a furnace and did no pressure test found a gas leak at the furnace after being in it a couple of days. The whole install was shabby to begin with.
Service after the fact has been completely lacking. Several calls and each time they say I'll check on it and never call back. The prep fee is just a way to get more money as they don't prep it , clean it or do the repairs promised.
Parts department has little knowledge about anything concerning an RV.
DO NOT buy anything from Castle Country RV.

Drove down from Salt Lake City to catch end of year blowout, got a 8.5 x 20 enclosed trailer to haul my hot rod and got fair trade in on my flatbed car hauler.was pleased with the work they did to be able to leave with trailer

We had a great experience buying from Castle Country. We looked all over the western US and no one had a better price on the toy hauler we wanted, plus they gave us top price for our trade-in. We were out of state buyers and were so pleased that everything went as planned when we showed up at the dealership with no surprises. The whole staff was great from Keith in sales to David in service. We love our trailer and we love Castle Country RV!

The toy hauler was as described and the process went smoothly. I would have liked a better and more informed walk-through with someone who was actually familiar with the unit I was purchasing. Far too many “I think’s and I’m pretty sure.”

Good price, but it’s been a complete hassle. I’m out of state and don’t even have keys that fit for the storage. That should be part of the pre inspection. Trailer wasn’t ordered as I promised even after I confirmed options and colors 4 different times. Everything was super slow. I had a payment due just 5 days after delivery. Just overall bad experience. The sales guy left during the purchase which I know they probably had no control over, but the ball was really dropped I feel with that.

Just wanted to say what a pleasure it was to buy a motorhome from your dealership. Everyone was so helpful and had it ready to go when we arrived. What a awesome group with good attitudes. Keep up the good work!!

I was in the market for a 16 ft enclosed aluminum trailer and was seriously considering a used one in Salt Lake City until I discovered a new one for sale at Castle Country RV in Helper, UT. The price for the new trailer was even cheaper and had many more upgrades. Gave them a call and Keith Mason had the trailer ready for me that day. Customer service was excellent and I would highly recommend you give the a look when shopping.

Thank you Castle Country RV for not working with us as we went somewhere else and bought our RV. They wouldn’t hold the RV we wanted to get financing and basically sold it to someone else without even letting us know. We appreciate that as we found a better experience elsewhere and are now happily in the RV we wanted. Terrible experience here. But glad we didn’t do business. For a great experience go to Legacy RV as they treat you with respect and help you get what your looking for.

Had some problems with pricing. But we worked it out.
