I have been to Cassie on 3 occasions and each time Cassie has been highly professional and it was clear she knew what she was doing. The price for her service is way less than most. She is excellent value.

Edinburgh Earwax Removal Specialist - RECOMMENDED
I am very happy to recommend Cassie. She is both professional and personable. Everything about the procedure was explained clearly to me ahead of time. Within 30 minutes I could hear again! Extremely competitively priced and a turnaround of less than 24 hours.

A build up of earwax needed sorting to allow my hearing aids service to proceed. Was delighted to find Cassie at Edinburgh Earwax Removal Specialist Ltd locally and considerably cheaper than the competition. She fitted me in at short notice, explained exactly what she was going to do and did the business gently and efficiently. Have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her services to anyone in need (especially when she advised how to now limit any future build up using olive oil. Thank You Cassie🙏

Brilliant service
Great communication via WhatsApp, gave advice and booked us in for an appointment on short notice. Made my daughter feel very comfortable during the appointment, and absolutely delighted that her ears were unblocked so quickly, thank you!

Cassie was absolutely fantastic
Cassie was absolutely fantastic. Very professional, friendly and knowledgable. She talked me through the process every step of the way. It was fabulous to hear fully again. I would highly recommend her. Her price point is lower than what's out there currently.

Trustworthy, gentle and professional
My hearing was impaired and I was miserable - I was on an 8 week waiting list to get my ears syringed and I found Cassie. She is qualified, extremely professional and she cleared out the wax while keeping me abreast of each step she was taking. I'm so grateful to her.

Delighted
I was suffering with muffling in my left ear and my husband , who is a piano tuner , wanted to have his checked .
Cassie kindly obliged us by seeing us together at short notice . I was very impressed with the service we received , Cassie was delightful and very professional completing pre treatment questionaire and showing us before and after pictures as well as checking our hearing afterwards.We both had earwax removed with suction technique which was painless and then the ear cleaned with special equipment , also painless . Best experience I have ever had in the removal of earwax.
