I went to Cassie after being at Audiology department at Lauriston when she advised me to have my ears syringed.never having had this procedure done before, I had to admit I was a little bit anxious. I needn’t have been as Cassie told me what she was doing and was very careful and it was actually quite soothing.

My 9-year-old had blocked ears and had previously had a microsuction procedure elsewhere that she really didn't enjoy, so she was understandably nervous. Cassie is really friendly and extremely professional.
I had accumulated rather a large amount of earwax, as I use In Ear Monitors for work and sleep with ear plugs, so I have been compacting the wax.
Not a problem for Cassie. Microsuction was fine for one ear, but the other one was a bit more stubborn, so some warm water irrigation was needed, but it didn't take long and hey presto I could hear properly again.
It was totally painless and she explained every step along the way.
The price is much cheaper than others I have seen and there is a £5 reduction if you pay in cash.

Cassie was amazing, she seen me the day I messaged and communicated everything to me before hand, her website is also really helpful as well! Made me comfortable as soon as I met her, she showed me inside both my ears and thankfully it didn’t require too much attention but now I can hear in my left ear she also manually cleaned both my ears.
