I'm usually quite scathing in my reviews of online bookies. Hotstreak have been really good in my experience. As a casual sportsbook better, I've found a lot to like. Odds have been decent, particularly on football bet builders, and they run some nice offers.

Ive never had a problem with hot steak casino, i won a big amount of money at first was worrying after reading reviews, but i cant say a bad word about them staff were so helpful once documents were sent i recieved my withdrawl within a hour

Customer service is absolutely appalling. I was not given a free bet that I qualified for so I queried it in an email but customer service (Winston and Zach) refused to deal with the issue until I provided my address details as they appear on my account. However, the address details on my account were incorrect so I pointed this out by sending a screenshot of it and also a copy of a valid utility bill showing my correct address, which I asked to update the details of on my account. Instead of updating it they then said again I have to provide address details as it appears on my account before they can deal with my issue. I kept telling them what it was, along with screenshot evidence showing how it appears on my account, but they just kept asking for my address like a stuck record. I showed them evidence, they kept asking for the address. I showed it to them, they kept asking... What the hell am I supposed to do with that? Absolute bunch of clowns playing games like that with customers.

I wish i could give these sites -10 star. In my life i have never seen worse betting sites then hotstreak i seear to god. Its been already 1 week i havent got my withdrawal. Contacting customer support they only says its been reviewed by relevant team but i have never seen sites reviewing for whole 1 week while depositing there is no problem but while withdrawing they make every excuse. They give reply to email in 2 days. Even if its working days hours they wont pay. Im gonna sue them and get my 10,000£ withdrawal anyhow. Whatever you do dont even by mistake deposit in this app they are bunch of scammers.

Never got my free bonus for depositing ten pounds

Deposit's were accepted and funds able to be played. However, when requesting a withdrawal I received an email asking for documents because apparently my bank account was showing in their system with a different name? All requested docs sent and stillrepeatedly asked for the same info. I am reporting to Gambling ombudsman as suspicious and possible money laundering!
