No serial cables in box
I note that they didn't have a serial cable in the box but I had some spares and the rest of the experience was very good with very prompt shipping and delivery. Also the quality of that new model seems very good for the price.

As discussed on the phone, we did think the Element Printers had the serial cable in the box. Many come with serial cables but more are now coming without them by the looks of it. I guess there are a lot only using USB now, however, as we discussed there are alot still using RS232 interface. We have added the option to add serial cable to the website so appreciate your feedback in relation to this product.

I was forced to buy 2 printers because…
I was forced to buy 2 printers because they sold something that wasn't compatible with my system. When a customer asks for a Bluetooth compatible printer just give it man. Nearly $700 down the drain for a new opened store is painful

You were forced to buy two printers?
You ordered a single printer from our website which was NOT Bluetooth and you state to just give you a Bluetooth printer. We provided you with exactly what you ordered from our website. We have not had a phone call or email from you in relation to this order.

They went above and beyond...
They went above and beyond to put the pos software into my pc for me so that it is readied for me when i received it. It was not part of the bundle. i bought it seperate. Fantastic service. Quick delivery on time for my business. +++
