We haven't been contacted about your delivery directly apart from receiving this review. We were contact on Friday by the courier stating that they have been unable to delivery your parcel and attempted many times without success.
We have provided them with your contact phone number and name for them to contact you directly.
It would be our advice to possibly contact us by phone or email prior to providing a bad review to follow up on your parcel.
