Ordered two sweaters as on sale, absolute garbage, as if sewn by monkeys. I'm not kidding. Arrived very late (a month later). Basically they could have sent a sack of potatos. Cannot wear. Material is horrible. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I'm out 75 US dollars. Lesson learned. Wish I had used this website or another to ensure this is a legit site, IT IS NOT. Don't waste your time and money. ZERO stars.

ordered 4 items from CashmereTribe.com ( for the love of god do not buy from them!! ) came to £70 paid the first installment and heard nothing for ages, when they finally turned up 1 item had a large bleach spot and 1 was torn. Contacted them 23rd October and been trying to get them to sort themselves out and just got told the damage 'wasn't THAT bad' they then kept insisting return would be too expensive for me ( return of damaged/faulty goods under the consumer act 2015 should come as no financial hit to the buyer but is the responsibility of the seller ) and offered me a $4USD refund for this. I refused that and they eventually sent me the details needed to return the items 28th December ( I couldn't send them back sooner as their website states any items returned without the correct details 'may go missing and refunds not processed' I wonder how often they use that trick ) and are still refusing to cover the cost of postage so now the bank is involved. Will never use them again

Had an awful experience!!! Do not order from here!!! I ordered a shirt and after 5 weeks finally received the item and it was completely the wrong thing!!! When trying to contact them about it and providing side by side proof what I ordered and what I received was wrong they were adamant it was right! Total SCAM !! And wouldn’t provide me a number to call to speak to someone in person !!

Avoid at all costs - this company are an absolute shambles - they send you items that are nothing like the website suggests and when you try to get a refund they offer you $5 to not send it back and when you refuse they then expect you to send it back to China even though they claim the items are made in the USA. which they are not. This then costs you pretty much the same or more than you paid for the item in the first place

Vorsicht Betrug. Habe vor zwei Monaten bestellt, die Ware ist noch immer nicht da. Laut Sendungsverfolgung aus den USA, bei genauem Hinschauen über Paypal doch aus China. Kundenservice verweigert Rückerstattung oder erneuten Versand, da das Päckchen angeblich auch nicht zurückgeschickt wurde. Finger weg!!!

Es sind nicht die bestellte Sweatshirt geliefert sonders nur Billige Imitationen, die ganze Webseite ist eine Täuschung/Fake es sieht so aus das das Paket aus den USA geliefert wird aber es kommt doch aus China also von vorne bis am Ende Betrug.
Diese Betrüger mussten hinter Gitter.
Ware geht jetzt zurück trotz Versand Verlust aber dank PayPal hoffe ich dann auf mein Geld.
Solche Chinesen machen den ganzen Markt kaputt da es garantiert darunter auch ehrliche Verkäufer gibt....

This is a scam site. I ordered things 2 months ago. Never been delivered. Tracking numbers don’t work.

Ordered on September 28,2023- now October 26th no products. The tracking they gave me just sits there and does not track anything!!
Beware!! Do not buy from this company.

Don't buy anything from this company. I purchased a couple hats on 9/12/23 and then canceled the order on 9/21/23. They don't respond to any emails. They sent the hats anyway on 10/23/23. I tried to reach them again the next day after delivery and they don't respond.
Update 10/27/23. After 12 emails back and forth with them they said they can NOT except a return. This is 5 weeks after they didn't except the cancellation.

Ordered on Oct. 1, 21 days later, still nothing. I also got the 2 completely different tracking numbers. 1st from Italy, 2nd with the package originating from China. Save yourself the time & hassle. Just Don't

Terrible Terrible service was overcharged and didn’t receive my products ordered at all! Can’t contact the company and was given 2 different shipping numbers and nether one is a correct shipping number! I learned my lesson now but am out 74$ and can’t find a solution DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I am contacting a lawyer to see if anything can be done about this fraudulent company

I love the products I ordered. I have an email showing that my total order is $58.42. The website says $58.42. Why was I charged $70.10? When I try to contact someone the website takes me in circles. No where can I find their address. I love the products but don't appreciate the $12.00 over charge. The site also says free shipping but I was charged $9.99

She lives in Florida, it’s not what I ordered. I guess someone just grabbed something off the shelf & sent it to her.
Now they say contact my post office 😡😡😡

The hooded sweatshirt Jesus has my back is beautiful it took two months to get to my house now I need to return it because it’s too small and they told me that the shipping fees would be more than the sweatshirt so they’re gonna refund me three US dollars and I can keep the shirt. I wanted to return it and get another one exchange it, this was a Facebook company people so be careful I really didn’t think I was gonna get it at all two months

This shirt is the perfect mix of soft and heavyweight! It has a little more weight , but is so soft! Love the color!!!
