Poor.
First, delivery took a long time (from China). I don’t believe the case is any different from the cheap ones I have bought from discount stores. The fit is okay, but there appears to be zero drop protection. Just a fashion case.
The ridge around the back is uncomfortable to hold.
But most frustrating- the mag lock will not hold securely on my car mounting ( I have multiple cases & this is the only one that fails)
Over all- cost too much, takes too long to deliver & rubbish mag lock.

Shipping can take a little longer as we currently ship from our central facility, but we're working on speeding this up. As for the MagSafe issue: our Matte Lux and Lux Cool cases use UV-printed artwork, which adds a thin surface layer. As mentioned in the Q&A section, these cases aren't recommended for MagSafe car mounts, as the magnetic hold can be reduced.
For stronger MagSafe grip and better drop protection, we’d recommend our Lux Impact cases, which are built specifically for performance. We’re happy to offer you a 60% discount to try one — no return needed.

I was sceptical at first as an international company. However turned up today. Appears I ordered the wrong screen protector and that will end up on me so just check your orders! I thought I had clicked plus and turns out a pro was delivered. Too late now as waited 2weeks but the product itself works on my mag safe charger, is a great looking product and feel and for a real star wars and specifically mandalorian fan like me will look epic on my motorbike! Would defo give them a shot. May even order myself another!

MagSafe is not worth the money
The imagery is good and case seems ok. I ordered MagSafe as I utilize this at home and in my car. The MagSafe is able to charge however with the design it will not stick to the phone and my phone will no longer stick to my car charger/holder.

I thank you for your response. For you to say that you’re glad I’m happy, you obviously misread my review and rating.
You offer MagSafe as an option for your cases and charge accordingly. If it is not supported then it should not be an option. Further you do not advise of its limitations. It only works laying on the charger, it does not grip. I will be pursuing a refund.

To clarify: the Matte Lux and Lux Cool cases use UV printing, which adds a thin layer between the MagSafe insert and the phone. This can slightly reduce magnetic grip strength, especially for vertical or mount-style accessories like car holders. These specific use cases are addressed in the FAQs on our product pages, as not all accessories will work equally across all case types.
For customers using MagSafe car mounts, we recommend our Lux Impact cases — they use heat transfer printing (with no added surface layer) and provide a stronger magnetic connection without compromising the design.

I love the design of the casing
I love the design of the casing. However the power button is pretty tough to press and also the camera slots are small that I had to remove the camera casing which now there's no safety for my camera lenses but other than that the phone casing is great!!

First little sceptical, later totally happy
First I was a little sceptical, because there is a ton of international websites where the whole business is a scam. However my Case X Kingdom order turned out to be an outstanding and fascinating product. It’s not just a sticker on a phone case, as some mentions. The whole product feels unique in the nowadays bigger “forests of products” , because of the printing method, colors and materials.
Shipping was without problem, the case arrived in 10 calendar days to Europe from order placed.

Very worried
So far i am very anxious about this because i’ve ordered a case since May 8th and still can’t get any updates until today May 24th. I’ve also email them but also no response yet. It’s really frustrating and i will definitely be reluctant to relive this experience.

I see you just replied to my email but I obviously checked out with my email, am not that careless and I also as a I told you, I checked the tracking and every time it said “ no tracking information available” and its China Post. That being said I’ve also attached a screenshot of what I saw and I would gladly post it here if I could.

Overpriced sticker
Ordered a TMNT phone case for my phone. Finally got it just to be disappointed that it’s simply a sticker on a phone case, not printed on it like I had thought it would be. I immediately emailed to try to send it back for a refund and days later now and have still yet to hear anything back. So I guess I’m just stuck with this overpriced stickered case. 👎

Hey Ty, I assure you our cases do not contain a sticker aspect. We use UV printing for our lux cool and matte cases. This created a level of depth to the print giving it a 3D effect. For our impact cases we use thermal printing.

Vibrant Colors
At first I was skeptical to order you never know we it is a scam page, I ordered and had faith I was going to receive the product. I received updates of my order very often on my email, which made me feel relieved. When the order arrived it was just as pictured, WOW! the colors are amazing and vibrant, it was a gift for my husband and nowhe is in love with his TMNT phone case ❤️

Good quality and fun design, but there’s a catch…
Package took almost a month to arrive, but the delivery people were very accommodating in contacting me when it did. Cases are great quality, but the lock button on one of them sticks, and does not push in far enough to activate the button on the phone. It may just need to be broken in, but if it ends up being dysfunctional, it will be quite a disappointment
