Crystal Palace phone case
Ordered a case for my sons iPhone (CPFC) and he is very happy with it. Took around 10 days to arrive in Australia but we thought it'd take longer.

The delivery time wasn’t too bad from the UK to AU. Was a bit disappointed in the overall look of the case once it arrived. The design on the case wasn’t as bright as it shows on the website and it wasn’t centered on the back so there is a bit of a gap on one side. Not the kind of result I’d expect for the price. Not worth the price unless they address those issues.

The quality of the case is ridiculous , looks and feels so good- Star Wars case - I thought would of not been great but worth ago - it is so much better than what I expected - truly worth the money would pay more if had to after seeing it

I love the case itself but the MagSafe…
I love the case itself but the MagSafe is really poorly magnetic. I use a MagSafe charger/car mount and my phone falls off with every single bump I hit. I have never had this problem with MagSafe cases in the past.

Regarding MagSafe, some of our designs — especially on the Matte Lux and Lux Cool ranges — include full-surface prints that extend over the magnetic ring. This can slightly reduce magnetic strength on certain mounts or chargers, depending on the setup.

Not impressed with the case
Not impressed with the case.
Firstly my football team logo doesn’t stand out like it does in their photos.
Secondly, the only way the case would go on was to remove the tempered glass screen protector I use.
Thirdly, the button covers make the buttons really hard to use now.
I’ve throwing it in the bin, not at all happy.

Carina ma non per MagSafe
La cover è molto carina, peccato che il suo spessore influisce sul magnetismo del MagSafe, il telefono non rimane attaccato al caricabatterie... essendo uno di quelli che tiene il cellulare sospeso proprio grazie alla forza del collegamento magnetico purtroppo per me è inutilizzabile.

Our Lux Cool series is designed to be a sleek, lightweight option — and naturally, the slimmer you make a case, the less rigid it may feel in hand compared to bulkier styles.
That said, it does sound like the case did its job: your phone itself remained protected, and only the screen protector (which wasn’t purchased from us) was damaged in the drop. We completely understand how frustrating that must have been, but we’re glad the device was safe.
If you’re looking for something sturdier and more rugged in the future, we’d recommend our Lux Impact series, which offers dual-layer protection while still showcasing the artwork.

The case is really cool but unfortunately it’s ruined as the company has decided to stick their name at the bottom and it’s not exactly small either. Bad form Case X. It’s cost you a potential customer and future sales.
