Very disappointing experience with Case Project. I ordered cases in Blue and Black, but received completely different colors — Pink and Green. The product ID is BCI65151.

What makes the experience even worse is that I have been unable to send an email to the company to report the issue. There seems to be no proper way to get support or resolve the problem.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before purchasing from this company. I feel completely let down by the wrong product delivery and the lack of accessible customer support.

Scam . Sended duplicate case. No customer service

Very poor quality case; i ordered silicon case and the silicon is very poor quality

Very disappointed with this purchase. The iPhone 17 mobile case I received is completely different from the product shown in the images. The quality is extremely poor and it feels like a misleading advertisement.

What's even more frustrating is that there is no proper customer support. The customer care number doesn't work, and even the email support is non-functional. How can customers get help if there is no way to contact the company?

This has been one of the worst online shopping experiences I've had. I feel cheated and would not recommend buying from this seller. I have requested a refund and hope this issue is resolved soon.

Fraudulent Company. I had to give them 1 star cos there no option of anything less than that.

This company doesnt have any ethics.
I ordered Clay color cover for my iphone but they instead sent Red color cover.
I have been trying to contact them but there is no number. I have been sending 2 emails everyday but they chose not to reply.
It is frustrating and pathetic. Don't buy from them

This is a pathetic company which will scam you. Do not buy from here. I had ordered a neon yellow coloured cover they have delivered a very bad quality black coloured cover. Do not trust this brand, they will disappoint. I contacted their support alot of times but they dont seem to care.

Arnaque déjà il te dise t’es livré en deux semaines max tu la reçois plus d’un mois après ton achat en ligne et en plus les coques elle sont claqués vrm sa pue smr j’parle de la qualité de la coque évidement et puis pour 15€ ça vaut pas le prix aussi bref à éviter tout simplement

I ordered this phone case and it was delivered well over a month later, with them blaming this on a delay with the shipping company. During this time, I requested a refund as I assumed it was lost and was refused. Once it finally arrived, I already had my new case so contacted them multiple times to send it back and get a refund and still I have no response. Avoid this company

Scam! Don’t order

Jeg er meget skuffet. Der går over 1 måned før jeg får coveret, og det ser simpelthen så billigt ud(i forhold til at det kostede 150kr) det kom i sådan en pose og indpakning man får hvis man køber fra TEMU. Det er allerede ved at gå i stykker.

Ik heb 6 weken gewacht op mijn hoesje!! Dat is echt niet normaal, rare is dat wanneer ik contact opnam met het bedrijf dat ze zeiden dat het hoesje al in Nederland was, terwijl deze nog 5 weken lang in China was!! Hoesje was gewoon niet op voorraad denk ik.. dure prijs dus ik zou het niet doen.

18 Januari besteld, nu nog steeds niks binnen.
Mail gestuurd, krijg een mail 2 weken later terug dat ze te weinig personeel hebben. Binnen 48 uur zou mijn pakket verzonden worden. Nogmaals mail gestuurd en nog steeds geen reactie.
Pure oplichting

Cases never arrived and the costumer service is not replying to my emails.

Na twee weken wachten zonder updates een mail gestuurd. Eerst zouden ze het druk hebben gehad vanwege hun virale tiktok moment. Een week later nog geen update gehad dus nog een keer gemaild. Nu was het opeens een griep uitbraak waardoor ze niet genoeg personeel hadden. Een neppe kortingscode gekregen en mijn pakket zou binnen 48 verstuurd worden. Inmiddels weer meer dan een week later en niks meer gehoord. Niet hier bestellen.

Tempi di spedizione lunghissimi, quasi un mese!
Inoltre come se non bastasse il prodotto è stato recapitato rotto e non c'è la possibilità di effettuare il reso se non nella confezione originale!

Took weeks to arrive.
I emailed their customer service for support because of the long wait, and was ignored.
When it did arrive, it was of such poor quality. The print on the case was awful and barely visible. Not to mention how flimsy the case itself felt.
My existing phone case from Amazon that cost me £10 is better than this. And I paid double the price.

Avoid wasting your money and shop elsewhere.

Ik heb mijn pakketje nog steeds niet ontvangen en het is twee weken later. Ik heb 1 keer een link ontvangen over dat het “verstuurd” is, maar voor de rest is er nog niks gebeurd. Ik ben bang dat het een scam is. Ik heb namelijk al naar zowel de help- als de supportmail een mail gestuurd, maar nog geen reactie.
update 25/2: nog steeds niks gehoord

Zoals ik hier al van meerdere lees, hier niet bestellen!! Ook al een tijd terug een hoesje besteld en nog niks ontvangen. Ook 2x gemaild en nog geen reactie (ja zelfs in het engels maar gemaild want je weet het niet he..)

I payed 20 dollars mind you it was even on sale, but the case comes in a small plastic bag, super low quality print and literally 100% from Temu or something. Besides that it also took them over 1.5 months to ship it
