Ho lavorato con Franco Borgonovo, ex Principal di BCG, nella preparazione alle selezioni MBB in Italia. Quello che ho apprezzato di più è che non fa teoria generica. Mi ha aiutato a raffinare il CV, a costruire una strategia per candidarmi ed ovviamente nello svolgimento dei casi oltre che a impostare come prepararmi prima dei colloqui.

Ha un'idea chiara di cosa cercano davvero i selezionatori, e si sente che ha visto il processo dall'altra parte del tavolo. Feedback diretti e sempre disponibile anche dopo le sessioni.

Lo consiglio a chi punta a McKinsey, BCG o Bain e vuole una guida pratica più che un corso standard.

As a former MBB consultant, I was initially hesitant about whether I needed a coach when considering a boomerang move. I am so glad I chose to work with Franco.
