Can’t believe I fell for buying another case. A week later it still hasn’t shipped. Very poor.

I purchased two S21 phone pouch's and found out one was much larger case when comparing them both. I queried this with CaseBuddy who advised in their one and only response that they sent the larger pouch as did not have what I ordered in stock. I have since tried requesting a refund under their "satisfied or refund" policy and lodging a warranty claim but all my emails are now bouncing back. So their refund and warranty services are all a sham. Will not buy from them again.

No response to emails paid by card so dont have the luxury of paypal refund. Got tracking 3 weeks ago no parcel received by Australia post. Scam avoid

I would like to give no stars if I could. The case took several weeks to arrive, it was the wrong model so doesn't fit, I get no answer to emails and there is no company to contact. A partial refund is offered through Paypal on receipt of return when a refund should be offered first.This is a very disreputable company, to be avoided at all costs.

I have been trying to contact case buddy to return the product they sent me - iPad Pro 12.9 2018 (3rd Generation) Heavy Duty Gladius Full-Body Rugged Protective Case - CaseBuddy - having paid over $100 and waiting for over 2 months for it to arrive, I find it doesn't allow the pencil to charge and it blocks the reverse camera .... this product is of no use to me with those features unavailable.

I have been trying to return it ever since it arrived and I am getting no replies at all to contact sent.

My merchandise still no arrival, ordered pre Christmas,have had no recent responses to my emails,extremely disappointed,

Phone case did turn up after only about 8 weeks!!
Paid over $100 because it was advertised with a 'Metal Tempered Glass Screen Protector' when i put this on it left a lot of air bubbles.
Then in less then a month the screen smashed when dropped face down on a rock.
When I purchased this product I was hoping for something that would be protected from when I dropped it.
I have been thoroughly disappointed with this absolute bullsh*t case

Wish I had read other reviews before ordering from this company! Ordered an I phone 12 case 21/12/20 have never received it, paid over $70 and they do not answer e mails!

I received an email saying my product was shipped from Sydney to Brisbane. I waited 5 days and the tracking didn’t update. I contacted the delivery company first, they told me the product was assigned a tracking number but they haven’t received the product yet. I contacted Casebuddy and at first got generic copy and paste response which meant they clearly didn’t read my message. Then when I wouldn’t leave then alone they came at me with hostility, sent me email replies just copying and pasting what it says on the tracking website like I’m stupid. I have asked for someone to call me on multiple occasions and they just ignore it. I have asked for a refund twice and they just ignore it. I still have not had them address the original issue that they never sent the package. Do not buy from these people they are disgusting human beings who think it’s okay to treat others like this. I have worked in customer service for many years and I would NEVER treat someone like this.

I ordered a phone case on 14 October and paid $15 for delivery ($65.95 total). I emailed them to follow up on 13 Nov - NO REPLY. I emailed again on 20 November - RECEIVED A RUDE REPLY saying simply "It's with Australia Post". Later that day they said it was lost and they were resending the product "today" (20 Nov). On 23 Nov I requested a tracking number for the 2nd product - they didn't yet have one. On 28 Nov, I AGAIN asked for a tracking number and REQUESTED A REFUND... I received a new tracking number (no refund!) but still nothing has arrived. I have followed up with both Australia Post, Fastaway and Aramex. It is now 21 December and there is no sign of either parcel OR my refund. I very much believe this website is a scam.

Ordered a iPad Air 1st generation cover and paid. They sent me a dodgy tracking number. Upon following up they blamed Aramex and said they'd send another one. 2 months later a cover arrived, but it was of such poor quality I wouldn't have picked it up for $2, and these jerks stung me for $50+. The magnet was so weak it collapsed immediately so you can't even prop it up. Utter trash. This website is a scam. Avoid at all costs.
