quality is great, purchase & making the phone case was super easy too :)

Dopo un mese di attesa (ne avevo bisogno per un regalo quindi figuriamoci), delle due cose che avevo ordinato (cover e vetro antigraffio per smartphone) è arrivato solo il vetro antigraffio.
Spedizione non tracciabile tra l'altro, quindi non sai mai a che punto è il tutto.
Servizio clienti, inoltre, inadeguato.

Mein Produkt ist nach eine Woche immernoch nicht Versendet ich wendete mich am Support wo erstmal gesagt wurde es wird die Tage versendet es sind fast 2 wochen ich wendete mich nochmal und werde ignoriert ich würde hier aufpassen

I actually cannot fault this site. Due to being a clumsy so and so, I have been prone to dropping my phone so, for the past 3 years, I have been buying the heavy duty case (which really does insulate your dog and bone well). I buy 2 every year, one for me and one for my son, and we have new designs every 12 months.

The prices can be a little steep compared to some sellers on Ebay, but you can customise the image yourself, it ships free and the cases are durable.

Quality stuff and they have always delivered a good product!

Painfully slow. Far from the 5-10 days form ordering. Slow customer service. Extremely disappointing.

Terrible service, placed an order for a phone case. The order confirmation stated that the items would be shipped within 2-4 days, but it's now been 8 business days and still hasn't been sent. When I check the order status, it is still sitting at "Processing order."
No phone number to contact and emails and contact via website form have gone unanswered.
I can understand a delay in manufacturing and delivery, but no information or reponse is extremely frustrating. I have a new phone and need a case to protect it. With no information I'm in limbo about what to do.

Ze vermelden dat je telefoonhoesje snel in huis is. Ik heb meer dan 14 dagen moeten wachten, en op het moment dat mijn telefoon hoesje binnen kwam is er ook nog eens het VERKEERDE hoesje geleverd. Deze past niet op mijn mobiel.
Ze reageren overigens ook niet in de afgelopen 2 weken via de mail, reageren nergens op. Ze hebben geen telefoon nummer waar op je ze kan bereiken.
Nu ben ik 24,95 kwijt en word er niks opgelost..
WAARDELOOS BEDRIJF!

Avoid this company as they partner with Evri in the UK. 3 weeks and counting, no movement in tracking from Evri. No idea if the product is any good. Little hope of seeing it soon. Unfortunately it was a birthday present. At this rate it might make a good Christmas present. In 2028.

Case 24 sent me a new case without charge following my review on this site. So good for them for following up even if it was a month late for the intended birthday present. Shame I couldn’t feedback directly. I still would not recommend this company while they partner with Evri. If that changes I would reconsider using them.

Ware bezahlt. Angeblich verschickt. IPad case kam nie an. Empfehlung vom Shop sich das Geld über Paypal wieder zu holen. Kein Bemühen von Seiten des Shops. Sendungsnummer nicht nachzuvollziehen.
Vorsicht vor diesen Shop.
Nie wieder.

My phone case feels really solid and firm, just the sort of protection I was after.
The picture I selected has come out really well, I love it.

Amazing quality, great selection of cases and phones to choose from. Highly recommend. My MIL was delighted with her personalised phone cover of her grandchildren

Shipping was very slow, taking over two weeks to reach me in the UK.

Materials used feel cheap and not of the best quality. Printing is not finished well, with gaps in the ink. Dirty, sticky finger marks are present on the inside of the cover.

On the plus side, the case does fit the device properly, and the print is of a decent quality.

Me llegó un poco tarde, pero ahora sí que dan seguimiento, por las opiniones que he leído aquí parece que antes no lo daban. Hice mi pedido el 21 de agosto y lo recibí hoy 11 de septiembre. Ninguna tragedia pero es mejorable. La funda la fabrican y envían desde Alemania por DHL eCommerce y cuando llega a España es por correo ordinario.

El mayor punto negativo es que como no estaba en mi domicilio y nadie abrió al cartero, el pedido fue depositado en una oficina de correos. La cosa es que tu nombre no queda registrado al pedido y puede darte algún problema si te toca recogerlo en lugar de recibirlo en buzón, pero al final lo encuentran y en el sobre sí figura tu nombre.

La calidad de la funda es buena, un poquito más gruesa de lo que me gustaría pero sin duda se siente resistente. La impresión es buena, mejor de lo esperado. Estoy contento con mi compra, ahora solo falta esperar a ver si en un par de semanas o meses la impresión se mantiene. Actualizaré esta reseña más adelante para comentar esto tanto si es para bien como para mal.

Design picture i choose was nicely printed colour's vibrant.

Customer Service excellent.

Shipping to Canada is slow due to Customs & Canada Post Delivery it takes a month unfortunately only issue.

Product was exactly what I specified, super good quality.
