Kearys CarStore Omdömen

I recently had the pleasure of working with Phil Brennan when purchasing my new BMW X 4 and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From the moment we stepped into the dealership he made us feel so welcome, listened to what we were looking for and guided us through every step of the process with patience, professionalism and genuine kindness.
Phil Brennan was incredibly knowledgeable about the car and took the time to explain everything including options and packages in a way that made everything clear and easy to understand. There was never any pressure just honest, helpful advice and sincere desire to help me.
Thank you Phil, the whole experience was smooth, stress-free. I highly recommend Phil to anyone looking for a new car, Phil is your man - you won’t be disappointed

Second car bought from Phil and I couldn’t be happier . He made the whole experience completely stress free . An absolute gentleman . Will definitely recommend to anyone buying a car

Very smooth experience, Abanoub was extremely helpful and helped find the perfect car and was willing to answer as many questions I had and the car was in perfect condition when I collected on the Saturday. Would definitely recommend to a friend buying a first car or someone looking to switch

I recently bought my first car from Kearys in Cork, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! AB was incredibly helpful from start to finish — patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in finding the right car for me. As a first-time buyer, I had a lot of questions, but he explained everything clearly and made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

100% recommend!!

I recently purchased a car from Kearys Carstore Cork. I rang up and spoke to salesman Abanoub I told him what I wanted and he sent me videos of different cars and answered all my queries. He made purchasing the car from another county very easy
Great service.

A huge thank you to Abanoub in Kearys Carstore - Cork.
He was extremely helpful and patient with all of our questions. He helped show us a few models so that we could get exactly what we wanted and he provided the best service by keeping us updated along every step of the way while we waited for delivery of the car and getting the paperwork sorted.
Thank you for all of your amazing work. We love the Car.

My experience here was great by far the best car dealership I have had the pleasure to deal with they are very welcoming and make you feel at ease as buying a car can be stressful. Thanks to Abanoub who helped me and my partner with buying our car from start to finish he was an absolute diamond he is a credit to that company.

Recently bought a car from Kearys carstore in Little Island and have to say, Abanoub made the whole process so easy, from the moment I walked in until he handed over the keys. Thanks a million Ab

The wrong vehicle was delivered to me with a faulty engine. Three days of calls to Carstore in Dublin has not resolved the problem. Promises for the sales manager to call me back never materialise. In fact no one has ever called me back!!

Mark & Warren were absolute Gents in helping us get our next car, our first EV.

Cannot recommend enough, if you are looking for your next car, Keary's CarStore should be your stop.

Thanks again Gents, it was an absolute pleasure!!!

I would like to thank Car Store Limerick for making me feel safe and for always having someone dedicate their time and assistance in helping me make my choice. The professional service and the magic of friendly people encourage me to return here again. In particular, I would like to thank Grzegorz, who prepared my car perfectly before collection and was always there to help and answer any questions.

Lovely Experience. They where very professional and sold me an awesome car

Small issue for NCT as I missed re-test due to previous holiday plans and car store availability, not only did carstore fix small issue but offered to refund NCT as I had to re-book full test. From buying the car to follow on customer service, Carstore have been great to deal with

Initial waiting period was a bit long but once we got into it, it was a smooth transition!

David looked after me and he was very professional and good salesman.

Maintained good contact through the process and helped with any queries that I had.

I would like to say from start to finish the service was 5 star , i dealt with a lovely gentleman call Phil he could not have done enough to make the experience so easy, i was purchasing a car for my son and im in Shannon Co Clare he had the car delivered to my door from Dublin, now where would you get that service, i would highly recommend Kearys Dublin. 5 stars *****
Andrayna Lynch.

Alan is a legend. Went out of his way to help me personally to find the exact car I wanted.
The service and professionalism can only be described as top notch.
Can't recommend enough.

James Dennis ! he made our time there relaxed and informative. he is a sales person, but gives each customer the respect they deserve. We traded a 191 car and he gave us a very good price, no insulting low price. straight away gave us a selection of cars to choose from. Anyway we bought an audi A3. When we collected it ,it had been cleaned and polished, a beautiful car. However 7 days later my wife could not start it while out at a meeting, friends helped and got it going. Next day car would not start at the pumps, sat there for 30min, Eventually it started, we changed both fob batteries.Next morning no start again 10min later it started, so rang James in lmk,he said to go to a motor factor have them change the main battery and he would pay for it. We did this in Avondhu motor factors in Fermoy they fitted a new battery and James paid over the phone, now that's customer service at its best thank you James.

Ab my sales man went overboard with all the help that I needed

There was few issues when I bought the car and was worried so I contacted ab to see what we can do about it and without a thought ab said to bring it in and we will get it sorted didn’t have to worry about a thing. Everything that was mentioned by me was sorted in no time .

My tank was filled up to the top car was valeted and polished , whenever I was stuck with something I would contact ab through wats app and within few minute I got a reply.

Car store should be greatful to have someone like ab in there, he is customer focused and looks to resolve any issue with no time
