I came into Carsa knowing what I wanted, just needed to check the car itself. The man who greeted me was so helpful. He was called Josh Hotson. From the moment he greeted me, everything was extremely smooth; he had me up and running for a test drive quickly and once I was happy with the car, he helped me complete the purchase quickly. He was able to answer my long list of questions well and when he didn’t know an answer, he would find out; which I appreciated. It was very busy and he was dealing with other customers but I appreciated the communication so I knew what was happening and when. He went above and beyond to help me get my dream car. Thank you!

Three good points

1. Good range of cars available
2. Guy who I was dealing with was personable and helpful
3. Let you test drive on your own and take your time

Three not so good points

1. Car was about £300 overpriced given its condition. Gash in front bumper and kerbed alloys.
2. Bit too pushy with the extended warranty for my liking.
3. Clean was poor. I saw them doing rush job on it when I turned up.
4. Was looking at a hybrid but it had no charge so I basically could only test drive it in petrol mode.
5. No battery health docs. Should be standard with any electric or hybrid car

Courtney was incredibly helpful and answered all our questions more than satisfactorily. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend.

The Sales Executive I met with, George Parker could not have been more helpful and made the entire test drive, part exchange and purchase experience extremely smooth and helped with the multiple questions I had.

Absolutely brilliant service, communication via WhatsApp (automated) is brilliant, the car was brought down country for us so we didn't have to travel far.
Extended warranty information is clear, and I think, reasonably priced.
Show room staff friendly and very helpful, chilled, no pressure approach was really good
When we found a minor fault with the car there was no argument or dispute, they immediately got to work sorting out the solution.
Drove the car away same day

Pushy and disinterested at the point of sale, more focused on upselling than actually helping.

Showed complete inflexibility over a brake issue on the vehicle we bought, refusing to take responsibility for the work they carried out.

Avoid at all costs.

Staff was ok but I am disappointed that they didn’t gave my home charger and gave me wrong main charger lead and I am without charge leads can you look in to it rectify the problem and send me the set of charging leads please thank you Regards MR SANDHU

Good choice of cars. Would prefer to speak to a person directly on the phone though rather than an automated service. Also, would prefer better payment options such as payment by card rather than bank transfer there and then. Otherwise, the staff were really helpful and made the trade in and purchase very quick and easy. Also helped that the chosen car could be moved to a garage of our choice and the £39 was refunded in our purchase.

Josh was a fantastic salesperson to work with. He came across as a true resource for us rather than pushing products. All the staff were very friendly and the process from start to finish was clear, simple and quick. Will certainly recommend the team to friends and family looking to buy.

Headed down to Southampton to view a car we were interested in purchasing. Friendly greeting, went for a test drive, all ok but then wasn't able to negotiate any more off for stone chips on the bonnet so a bit disappointed. We then after nearly four hours we bought the car and drove away. Arriving home we discovered that there were two tyre slashes in drivers side tyre outer wall, this is a MOT failure so again very disappointed. The day after I emailed to let the customer service know this to get this replaced and still no answer. So unfortunately not a great experience.

Very hard sell at the beginning. Logged a return phone call at 09.30 on Tuesday Morning now Wednesday afternoon and still waiting. When we arrived we sat for 15 mins and then the car was bought round for the Test drive which was fine. We then sat there for half an hour while Courtney moved cars about. She then arrived with a sheet to assess my part exchange and then we waited for another half hour. All in all incredibly drawn out. 2 people walked out while we were there fed up of waiting. Arrived for appointment at 01.45 for 2.00 appointment walked out with my new car at 17.00hrs. 3 Hours to buy a car. Some people were still there. Would not rush to recommend to others
