Excellent price for underlay and materials, fast delivery, I would definitely recommend.

Delivery was expected between 3 to 5 working days but was delayed for over a week without any communication from the company. I had to contact on a daily basis for updates during which I was told to expect delivery the next day each time. They always blamed the courier company whom I found out only received the products a day it two before the delivery. Absolutely unacceptable possibly taking business elsewhere next time.

I had an early issue with a delivery but after emailing the company, they were fantastic and very helpful, an employee named Michelle went above and beyond, definitely deserves a rise!!
I will definitely use this company again.

Update: Since posting my review here, the company have apologised, corrected the product information on their website and offered me a full refund, without the need to return the product. They also offered to send me a replacement product free of charge - unfortunately I had already made alternative plans.

Original post: Be very careful ordering from this website. Some of the product information is incorrect and the company will not accept any liability. Make sure that you find the underlay manufacturer's spec sheet and if you can't, don't purchase from this store.
They specifically stated on their website that the underlay was suitable for non-click systems by Amtico, however, since receiving the product, I have found out from both the manufacturers of the underlay, Wilsons, and the flooring manufacturers that this product is not suitable for non-click systems by Amtico.

I had to cancel my order and the Carpet Underlay Shop refunded me without any fuss or delay. I’m giving them 5 stars because it’s such a refreshing change for a company to simply provide you with your consumer rights without making you jump through hoops! I should add that this was over the new year bank holiday so extra credit for being available over that period.

Great customer service. Ordering was easy and at a good price. Underlay was dispatched via a courier, however due to xmas, this went missing. Contacted Carpet Underlay Shop after giving it a few extra days, and Jamie responded straight away and immediately set to work to resolve the issue. He dispatched a replacement via another courier for 24 hour delivery which arrived as advised. Will definitely be using this company again.

Can't fault this company will definitely use again. Really friendly staff(Jamie) followed up order with courtesy call. Delivery rates and product prices second to none. Large order placed and arrived within two days by local courier Starlings on a pallet. Everything went right from start to finish and the underlay is great..

I have to say this is one of the best customer service experiences I've ever had - Georgia was quite simply outstanding and couldn't have been more helpful and others I spoke to there were all very helpful too - I've purchased much from them before - today's order was for 8 rolls of Wilsons plushwalk 10mm & 12mm - all being sent out from stock on a pallet...

Great underlay for laminate flooring. I had a small problem with the quantity but the customer service team were brilliant. They sent me a replacement roll next day delivery and I was able to complete the job on schedule.

I ordered the Wilson plushwalk 12mm underlay over the phone and I was told 2-3 days delivery and the courier tried to deliver the next day, their courier for some reason don't let you track the parcel so I had to call the customer help line (and I did quite regularly) and every single time the ladies I spoke to were pleasant and helpful and a couple of times called me back even just to update me even If they didn't have any new Information, I can't praise them enough, customer service as It should be.
