Excellent Customer Support
I had my front disk brakes and pads replaced after an advisory on my MOT. When the mechanic came round to do the work we realised we couldn't find the locking wheel nut.
I emailed Car Parts Store and their expertise led to the identification of what piece I required -- a unique attachment only produced by VW. They liaised with VW to ensure the correct bit was to be made.
After searching in my car again, I found the piece I needed to change my tires. David was very understanding and cancelled/refunded my order. Good communication throughout and excellent customer support. I'm sorry to have been an inconvenience but I will come again when I need other car parts. Thank you to Colin and David

Very rude customer service
Very rude customer service. Rather than apologising for a part that did not fit, they went ahead and blamed the garage for trying to rip me off. David was utterly useless and did not want to cooperate. Never use this site regardless of their cheap prices.

Purchased .4 tpms senors
Purchased .4 tpms senors. For my wife's 2017 astra k.
Was a bit sceptical that would just plug and play ...
But the information they gave me and obviously the tpms senors. Was spot on ...had them fitted .used my 50448 learning tool .with car in learning mode.
And all senors marriaged up within seconds.

DECEITFUL DISHONEST DELIVERY CHARGES
Tried to order a Land Rover key, website quotes 1-2 day Express delivery at £5.99, THIS IS UNTRUE!
They actually charge 5 x that figure asking for an additional £30 – Company well aware that they are deceiving people and refuse to update website to that effect. Buyer beware delivery is £35.99 and takes 5 working days!!!
Car Parts Warehouse wasted my time and are dishonest knowing that they could not deliver within time frame and price quoted.
