Book the parcel with them an they never delivered after weeks of emails they say parcel was damaged and they have trow in bin!!! No responsibility try to open claim but they say is to late we have 3 days including weekends to open claim!!! What a clowns lost everything parcel was worth 400£
Will never use them again avoid at any cost
Terrible customer service No phone nr to contact No responses to emails
Will report to small claim court

We read the reviews after purchasing from the website and were a little worried however were very pleased with the service received. I received a Paypal confirmation within minutes, the labels were sent to us the morning of the collection. Our package was collected by TNT on the day we arranged, the delays in transit were down to TNT having large volumes of packages and by no means any fault of car part couriers. The item was delivered a few days later. I would definitely use car part couriers again. Many Thanks.

booked with this company to deliver my parcel next day deliver which i paid extra money te get delivered to to London and waited three days but they never collected the item and i had to open a case on paypal to get the refund ,Avoid.

I booked carpartcouriers.co.uk to transport a car door, the website gave me no confirmation that the service had been booked which left me a little purplexed and concerned, and the reviews on here weren't great. However, the next day the postage labels were emailed to me and the door was collected and delivered without any issue, so on the whole a good service. Thanks

I ordered to have a bootlid delivered, it was collected but never delivered to me. They have taken my money and my parcel and won't answer the phone or reply to my emails

This company were by far the cheapest I could find for delivery of my car wing. I booked, and felt abit odd as the website is quite basic and then saw the reviews in here and was very worried! However I felt compelled to leave a review as the whole experience was super positive for us thank goodness. The TNT delivery driver picked it up on the day we requested, no issues and it was promptly delivered safely the next day. Would definitely use again!

I honestly don't know how this company is allowed to trade. Multiple weeks after issue and can't even get a reply from them. So in effect they have taken money I paid for a service and then failed to deliver that service!!!!!

Picked this company as they specifically ship car parts so I thought this would help ensure things are done correctly. Bonnet arrived damaged and with metal bent over at 90 degrees. Very very poor shipping. Photos right before shipment showed the bonnet in perfect condition. Comms is awful. Just got told they'd be back in touch but as it stands I have a bonnet that now needs binned as it's not economically viable to fix, and no idea what's going on.

Please note I also paid for additional insurance. To date this has not helped with anything and to date I have not received anything for them damaging an expensive car part. As such I would highly recommend not paying for extra cover as it's pointless and gives nothing extra. Even if you provide evidence that it was damaged in transit. I'm not sure how that's allowed.

Still waiting on update other than it being looked into.

Basically awful!

Forgot to book my order for which I paid, wasted all day waiting for collection which was never going to happen. Not responding to me when I'm trying find out whats going on. Dramatic customer service. They generated me a loss of over £350...

I must say I booked a delivery with car parts couriers first then I read the reviews on here and I thought I’ve made a huge mistake but tbh I can’t say a bad word about them. I booked a collection on Tuesday for the item to be picked up on Thursday , I received the labels and paperwork on Wednesday morning and the item has been picked up on Thursday morning. I even had to get in touch with them via email as I made a mistake with the delivery address and they sorted it all for me no bother. 100% recommended

Well we're supposed to collect a bootlid for me on 20th. 3 days later still no courier turned up. No communication from them.. Don't even have a contact number that they answer. And also wait hours upon hours for a reply from email. In the end needed to cancel and book another courier they were so bad and not even an apology for messing me about for 3 days. Worst company iv ever dealt with. No tracking info or anything. Never even emailed the labels until day it was due to collect. Avoid at all costs. I'd rather drive length of the country than use these crooks
again.

I would highly recommend CarPartCouriers.co.uk for all your large car parts. We are a small business that deals with breaking SAAB cars for parts and anytime we require a door, bonnet, wing or bootlid sending we always go to CarPartCouriers as they are EXPERTS in delivering car parts. I cannot fault their expertise and customer service. Despite what others have said here I can confirm that this company is great!. I paid for the service which I did not get, they did not collect the item on 2 occasions. The communication is good but still very poor service. DO NOT USE!!!

I arranged the collection late on Saturday for Monday, the car tailgate was picked up on Monday at 11am and was delivered the next day at 11am, 450 mile transit can’t fault the service at all, and the cost was very reasonable.

Long story short we ended up in court.

We used car part couriers to deliver a door for us and from the get go they were useless. It got past between different company's before it finally arrived completely damaged. We tried to chase the company who then mysteriously disappeared, and when we tried to serve them with court papers we got told the company was no more and had left the premises. Alarm Bells.

Due to the fact we couldn't get our money back from this dodgy company the guy who purchased the door took us to court as we could not get in touch with any one.

DO NOT USE THESE CROOKS!

Should have heeded warning from other reviewer this is not a specialist courier it's a third party go between. They use yodel as their courier which is not made clear on the website. Yodel lost my item they will not take responsibility for the loss as I commissioned Carpartcourier who intern have shown no interest apart from a partial refund. I have lost hundreds of pounds, be warned do not use waste of time and money.

Car Part Couriers operates as a sole trader along with a sister company WheelCarrier. I used them to transport parts in two parcels. They sublet the order to Yodel. One package was lost due to negligence in issuing the labels. Yodel would not allow me to investigate the whereabouts of the package as I had not placed an order with them. Car Part Courier's and WheelCarrier's terms and conditions do not conform with the Unfair Terms in Consumer Regulations 1999 and although I received a partial refund of my payment to them I am hundreds of pounds out of pocket. I would like to challenge them in court but they do not operate as a limited company and have limited means of communication so engaging in legal action against them is difficult. My advice, based on my experience, would be to only use them if you are prepared to write off the majority of the value of your item in the event of loss.
