They lost my bumper!!! I got my money back for shipping only thanks to PayPal. I have nothing for the bumper even though I paid insurance. They do not respond to email. Next time I will read the reviews because I see that I am not the only one who has a problem with CARPARTCOURIERS.CO.UK

Honestly wouldn't recommend using them at all for any parcel.
Used them to transport a car wing and door.
Three times the courier refused to take the door and had to rearrange the door to be picked up. Which wasn't a hassle to the lady that organised this (Rhonnda Mcdonald)

I recieved a email to say it would be delivered ( which didn't happen ) when I tried to trace this apparently there was no reason for this and they didn't know why this was.
Dpd eventually told carpartcouriers this door was damaged in transit and that they have sent it back to the seller.
This was a private seller and he had no idea this was the case and didn't receive anything back at all.

Fast forward to 3 months later.
I've still not recieved the door, had to send numerous emails to Rhonnda asking if there was any updates and loads of emails were ignore until I stated it was urgent and I needed to know where the door was and if I should just try getting another.

Now been told they are going through insurance with Dpd who have lost the door and I won't get it at all. And that I'm only entitled to £20 back.
Waste of money and months emailing to be told this.
Don't waste your time or money they will tell you false information.

Questionable to say the least. I paid for collection of 4 x tyres which I am donating to a charity. No email confirmation was sent. Tried to call - nobody would pick up. Sent an email - nobody replied....until miraculously weeks later, when my bank raised a dispute with their bank, they managed to contact me to try to get me to cancel the dispute. Jokers..avoid at all costs.

Avoid Avoid Avoid utter cowboys they're not even a courier service they pass your order on to dpd then tell you there's a discrepancy with the weight even though they don't ask for any weight or dimensions and try getting your money back good luck with that Avoid

It's a pity more people don't write a review when they get great service. I did get a faultless service at a very competitive price. The website states 'It's as easy as 123', this is true, I found the website simple and easy to use. Sure, they use a 3rd party courier to move your car parts. Sometimes the same couriers that have your items on their prohibited list. Until Carpartcouriers do there magic, and hey presto! the part was collected from Wrexham and delivered to Ipswich the next day. Carpartcouriers were the only company to quote a delivery price considerably less than the cost of the item. Other companies willing to move a bumper cost more than the item was actually worth. Great Service! Great prices! Well done Carpartcouriers.

Courier failed to pick up car bumper numerous times. Incredibly slow to reply.
Now gone silent for over a week since I requested a refund.
Terrible service.
Wasted a month, now going through shiply.

Booked and lost my part, no response via email, no refund and no insurance claim for me even thought I paid. DO NOT USE

They do not appear to be a car part courier company, or even a courier company. They simply take your order and pass it to DPD having taken a mark up for the priviledge. I simply wanted a car bumper collected/delivered which was wrapped and measured etc, ready to go. They couldn't manage it, 2 failed collections, 3rd day DPD attend but refused to uplift it as its on their prohibited list and oversize. I queried this with carpartcouriers before they arranged for the same DPD driver to reattend, but they did exactly that and he refused again to uplift for a second time. Total waste of time and I felt bad for the guy I had bought the bumper from as he had 4 days of being messed around. Absolute clowns, don't waste your time or money. I had to chase for days to get a refund. I subsequently used Shiply in the end, bumper came in days, no issues.

booked for a tuesday collection , got rebooked but still not collected . cant tell me when it will be picked up . no response from emails for 24 hours and no call back when i leave messages . we are onto the 3rd day now with no answers. person its getting collected from is getting fed up waiting and have now charged me storage at his unit . be great if someone could get back to me. Cancelled order 3 days now got fed up chasing and getting no replys . should of used paisley freight like i have in the past .

This service is shocking. I ship using couriers everyday and due to the size of this particular one I decided to choose car parts courier.

It states on their website “ Book or rebook before 6pm for next day collection”. It also stated that if I was to book before 10am it would be collected same day. I placed my booking at 08:37 on Monday. It got to Thursday night and I had not had my package collected which I needed to be delivered ASAP.

Rhondda then accused me of missing the cut off date for next day collection (Tuesday) I did not miss the cut off for same day collection never mind next day. I also requested Wednesday collected after this and finally Thursday. If this isn’t a service they able to provide then do advertise it on the website.

I requested a full refund and Rhonddas response was to ignore that request and seemed more concerned about where is stated the cut off date.

After multiple emails being ignored after my request for a refund I was forced to do a chargeback.

Stay well away from this company.

Through no fault of Car Part Couriers, after booking them to transport 4 x wheels my plans changed. It wasn’t an issue, Rhondda refunded the full cost of the movement. I appreciate there is a lot of negative comments here, so I thought it important to share my positive experience.

Sent a bumper with these and they lost it now 3 weeks of back and forth trying to get my money back and still nothing this company is scammers keep saying the refund is sent but hasn’t received nothing do not use them worst customer service I’ve ever experienced

DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

I have used these a few times, few minor errors with the first few packages but most recently I sent a car door, they sent DPD Local to collect the parcel, they tried to deliver to the address with the receiver not being in and then was supposed to be delivered again the next day. Somehow the parcel was 'lost' and the owners Gary and Rhondda have been most unhelpful in trying to retrieve the parcel and issue any sort of compensation for this. They 'offer' £20 inclusive insurance cover which is nowhere near the cost of the door and the cost of the courier service but when asking about anything to do with compensating me I have just been ignored. When trying to track down the parcel they constantly asked me the same questions (evidence of cost, description of item etc.) which shows that they do not take any notice in any of my previous emails to them, and to top this off my emails strangely stopped delivering to the company's email address which tells me that they have blocked my email address. There is no phone number to call which says it all, I'm sure they wouldn't want to deal with all of the problems that they receive daily over the phone. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I was sceptical after reading reviews but I had already paid Car Parts Courier. However, they organised the collection and delivery of a bumper from Plymouth to Manchester (300 miles) over a few working days from placing the order.
The bumper, which was worth over £600, arrived in good condition. They were the quickest and cheapest couriers online. I was able to communicate with them via email.

I booked this service and after contacting them to ask where my parts were, they did not reply. 5 days later they refunded my money due to "some service issues".

Worst courier service ever. Avoid at all cost. They take your money, never contact you and then refund your money with a pitiful excuse on the day you should be receiving your delivery.

Has to be the worst courier service in 10 years of sending parts
Onto day 6 of waiting for my parcel to be collection
They have no way of contacting apart from emailing and they don’t respond if they do it’s a generic email

Only Read the reviews after booking my 2 collections and I got very worried as a lot of them are very bad.

I booked my bumper collections on a Monday morning at about 8 am and they were both picked up on the same day and delivered by the Wednesday, they were also £30 per parcel cheaper than anyone else! Would definitely use again!

Absolutely useless. Booked a collection and they did not arrive. Did not respond until I filed a dispute via paypal. I reluctantly gave them a second chance and closed the dispute but they still did not collect. They are back to not responding but I will use paypal to get my money back. Steer clear.
