REHIT has high impact!
I've only been using it for three weeks, but the feedback is easy to comprehend. I was skeptical about doing high-intensity REHIT three times per week. Just two 20-second sprints each session. Well, I had to drop down to two REHIT sessions per week to have adequate recovery time. Now, I'm seeing amazing increases in power output and fitness levels.

Well, I ordered the product and I was delayed week after week after week such that when I left the country and been gone for a couple months I have it still sitting there now. Wish I could’ve used it when they told me it would be shipped within 10 days, but it was more like two months.

The best workout bike out there
The best workout bike out there, well worth the cost. Best for those who don't have time or want the most out of their workouts. If you don't care too much for having an over the top flashy screen and care more about efficiency this bike is amazing. I lost so much weight doing the fat burn workouts everday. The Ai controlled resistance finds and sets my pace well and the subscription cost is way better than the other brands.

Slow shipping and High Replacement Part cost
I bought a replacement power cord and shipping was slow, even though up front I asked it be done ASAP. My other big disappointment was the price. $50, really. Are they trying to compete with the high price of replacement parts for cars. It is not like it is a high tech cord.

Greg, so sorry to hear this. Our usual delivery times for replacement items are 1-2 weeks, and you received yours just 5 days after the invoice was paid. We knew you wanted it delivered ASAP so we offered the chance to expedite the delivery, however you refused. We still managed to deliver it in a timely manner for you. We provide replacement items at cost to us, so rest assured there is no profit in us sending these items, and in fact, we usually make a loss.
Hopefully this explanation can alleviate some disappointment here. Best wishes on your CAROL Bike journey.

I really enjoy working out now
I really enjoy working out now. It only takes a few minutes. I have it in my living room and I don't mind a bit. It looks nice and it reminds me to exercise should I forget, which is rarely.
I just really enjoy using it and I feel energized and good about myself after a session on my CAROL bike.

Bike arrived when expected and as described. Instructions for assembly are excellent. I needed some additional help because of an error I made entering information- their response was prompt, friendly, and solved the problem. I have begun using Carol Bike and find it a relative (some hard work is called for even if brief) pleasure. I easily recommend Carol bike

Perfect for our busy lives
I'm a physician, my wife is a lawyer, and we have three very young kids. This bike is perfect for our schedules. The science behind REHIT is sound, and we've been consistent in a way that we've never been before. This is one of the best purchases I've made in my entire life.

Fast response with clear information to my questions. The Fed Ex email really threw me for a loop and I thought I was going to have to return the bike. It was quickly explained that the info in the email didn't really apply to me. After delivery, Adrian was very helpful with my questions about not being able to free ride right away.

I ordered my bike over two months ago
I ordered my bike over two months ago. I took a day off work to take delivery, but it never showed up and when I called they told me they weren’t delivering it because it was broken and they had to get replacement parts which they did. Then I had a difficulty trying to get it delivered at a time that would work with my schedule, but the person from Carol did intervene and make that possible When they delivered the bike it was missing several screws that attach the handlebar to the frame and the bike had to be taken back again. I am still waiting on Delivery of the bike. Jim from Carol has been very nice and tried to help the best he can but obviously this is not what someone would expect when ordering a piece of very expensive exercise equipment.
