Harto de intentar buscar solución decido tirar el aparato a la basura y pasar pagina de tantos problemas que me ha traído.
Maldigo el día que se me ocurrió comprar y meterme en una sucesiva trama de problemas.

Top notch customer support
I received the dongle relatively quickly, but had some issues with viewing full screen vs half screen in my ram. It turned out to be related to the vehicles infotainment system, but they worked with me to get it resovled. Then had some issues with google maps in android auto mode. They continued to work me through this. Our support thread was around 30 messages long. The support from this group was top notch. Uconnect 5 in the rams has been garbage and this dongle works better than what came with the vehicle now that it is up and running. Thank you to the support group for their help.

They went unresponsive and then solved very nicely.
EDIT: After a while, they answered my complaint and solved it elegantly. They replaced it for free with free transportation.
I was surprised!
I ordered a dongle from them. It worked perfectly for two months. After that suddenly it stopped, so I contacted them. They went fully unresponsive. Even though, I just requested some advice on it. I assume they won't reach out to me, and I will end up with the damage.

Tengo un tbox desde hace menos de un año comprado en su pagina oficial, deja de funcionar, y me dicen ellos que reclame donde lo compre, y eso que les mando la factura que me hacen ellos.
Les vuelvo a escribir diciendo que me solucionen el problema porque son ellos quien lo vendieron, y ya jamas se supo de ellos, no responden.
Para mi entender, unos estafadores.
Aparte que en esos 8 meses que lo tengo solo lo he usado 3 o 4 veces, no aporta mucha mejora al carplay que trae un coche moderno.
No lo compréis.

Be careful with them!
Be careful with this company! They sent a defective useless item from Germany and they went unresponsive after that. After opening a Paypal dispute, they demanded I send it back to China on my expense (while it came from Germany).
So, they took my money and I have nothing in return. I think this is the very definition of scam.
