I’ve never leased a car before but on deciding to get into the e car market I decided to lease at this stage rather than buy.
AFL Car Leasing Made Simple really did what their name suggests. The process has been quick and, so far, really straightforward, although I did need some help with the online form. This was immediately resolved by Shafin Khan.
Although Trustpilot prefers to avoid using specific names, I feel I should mention Shafin Khan who was the sales executive who arranged the lease and he was terrific. I rarely write reviews in general but in this case feel it is totally deserved. I’d recommend him and his company without hesitation.

Just to clarify, Car leasing Made Simple is a broker, not a lender or vehicle supplier. If there is a fault with the vehicle it is the manufacturer’s responsibility to resolve this under warranty. As a broker, we do not take any payments directly from customers; all financial arrangements are handled by your finance provider.
That said, we’re more than happy to support you. If you can share any correspondence you've had with the dealership responsible for assisting with the vehicle, we’ll gladly chase this up on your behalf.
If you wish to escalate the matter further regarding a refund or financial complaint, you would need to contact your funder directly and raise a formal complaint with them.

Great service from initial quote right the way through to delivery. I was kept informed at all stages of the process via call and email, and delivery was on time and efficient. Delivery agent Andrew was especially helpful, taking time to explain everything well and make sure that all went smoothly - much appreciated.

Just wanted to say a big thank you to Louise at Car Leasing Made Simple - She was able to secure a Low BIK PHEV company car for me when other funders required more documents (I only became LTD at the beginning of 2025 after many years of trading). Proposal was also more competitive than other lease companies. Highly Recommend.

Excellent service
We leased a car as a business and dealt with Chloe Edwards. From start to finish she is incredibly patient as i changed the spec numerous times meaning new quotes to be undertaken. The ordering process was really simple, the car came early and the after care was great. I would thoroughly recommend Chloe and her team, they aren't pushy, call when they say they will and gave us the best rate on the market. Thank you

I was looking for the best price for the new Renault 5, the dealership gave me their price but CLMS were considerably cheaper. Louise ran through all the models with me and colour options so I was fully informed of my options/choice. I decided to order the icon 5 model. The order was processed immediately. The communication was fabulous throughout the process. My new Renault 5 iconic arrived ahead of schedule and I couldn’t be happier! Thanks
