On initial order I was told delivery 1-2 weeks as the vehicle was in stock. After the initial delivery date was given, this came and went. Eventually after much pushing on my part - i managed to get a confirmed delivery date - some 4 weeks after the original order.
Delivery date came, and I waited until after 3 pm before phoning to as where the vehicle was, at this point I was told there was a 'problem with the delivery company' and I wasn't getting my vehicle. No-one had thought to call/email/ send smoke signals to inform me, which is very poor customer service.
This also left me without a vehicle for the weekend, and meant another day off work for the delivery that was rescheduled on the Monday. In fairness to the people I spoke to - they were very helpful in trying to resolve, but still I felt it shouldn't have taken a phone call from me to prompt any action.

I had an excellent experience working with Louise McDonnell. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire lease process and truly went above and beyond to make sure I secured the right deal tailored to my specific needs.

Nothing was ever too much trouble , she took the time to review options carefully, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt confident in my decision. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.

Louise is an absolute credit to the company, and I’m very much looking forward to working with her again in the future. Highly recommended!

A huge thank you to Chloe, who I've dealt with for a long time. She's incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional – guiding me through options, handling changes to specs without any fuss, and always responding quickly.

I was let down today. I had a day off work to accept my delivery and the car was a no-show. I chased, in the afternoon, as I had no word by 15.00.
I was told there was an issue with the seatbelt, it is hard to believe as the journey was over 200 miles, but no contact from the dealer.

So a days money lost and I have to wait in tomorrow for the delivery

I recently leased 2 vehicles for my business through this firm and found them to be professional and easy to deal with throughout the process. Naomi in particular was great in ensuring we got the best price and prompt delivery.

Overall I am very satisfied with the service. There were a few hiccups along the way with availability of cars and price rises but Zara was fantastic and was able to support me fully to achieve the exact car I've wanted for years within our budget (and even ended up with the *best* colour!) She was very attentive and checked in frequently along the way, always striving to ensure I was happy even when things got a little tricky. She worked very hard for this lease. Thank you again, I love the car!
