Excellent communication

Each time I have leased a car through Car Leasing Made Simple, it has been pretty seamless from the order process through to delivery

Overall a pleasant experience with some nice, friendly voices at the end of the phone. Some important communication at times I felt could be improved and took a fair bit of patience.
That said, I received the vehicle on time and a small niggly after sales query was dealt with promptly. So I would use again, plus also recommend to others. Most leasing companies I have dealt with follow a similar trend in that the service levels tend to drop a bit once you've committed to an order so it would be unfair to single these guys out on this.

Having a single point of contact is great and Louise was brilliant she answered all my questions and if she was not sure she told me honestly and then went away and came back later with the correct answer. The service has been brilliant and the communication second to none.

I would wholly recommend carleasingmadesimpe. Chloe is excellent; she is very friendly, professional and responsive. She kept me up to date throughout the process and was able to answer any questions promptly. Thank you!

Company were very responsive whilst placing the order but regular updates were not forthcoming with details of delivery. I always had to contact them.

My EV was delivered 1st April 2026 but came without the important mechanical key which is required in emergency to access the car if the 12v battery fails or anything goes wrong with the electrical system.

Due to this I have had to restrict my journeys to local/short trips as I could end up being stranded and needing to be towed home.

I appreciate this is not directly their fault but they are the people I ordered the car through and the ones I have to communicate with as I have not idea who the dealer is that provided the car.

Initial email details and calls we straightforward. I needed the car asap and this was assured that it could be donw within a week after the finance documents were signed. I was not told this was from the dealship side, so there was a 2 week delay in getting the vehicle.
I was initally dealing with Bhav and he was kind, courteous and infromed, leading me through the process well.
I needed additional help and spoke to Vicky who was amazing, calling a contact at the dealership and getting things moving fast - thank you.
Overall 4/5 - Great company, easy to deal with - only feedback would be try and be clear on when the cooling off period is in relation to the process. Would highly recommend in the future.

First time leasing a car and it couldn't have been more straightforward. The team were amazing and everything was quick, easy and professional.

Very impressed at the slick sign up, quick and easy online. Unfortunately not so impressed with delays in the new factory built car and communication of the issue. I can't blame them for the delay, but perhaps felt proactive communication could have been a bit better.

The whole process from ordering to delivery was painless and easy to understand. I'm now driving my new car, just a few weeks after ordering. I will definitely use again.
