Everything leading up to delivery day was very good. When the car hadn't arrived by 4pm I rang them to find out the dealer had mucked up and i was going to be without a car until the Monday. The dealer's fault not theirs, but it took me to chase them to find out. Otherwise I would recommend them highly.

From initial enquiry to delivery the process was amazing. Louise was very helpful and communicated regularly. There was no hard sell. Car took longer than expected however this was not CLMS's fault. If you are thinking of using this company i would highly recommend! Ask for Louise - you will be blown away with her service

Conor O'Donoghue was our sales representative and he was great. Friendly and informative, with no hard sell tactics. The application and finance process was easy and the car was delivered within 2-weeks. We were kept updated by CLMS throughout the process.
Some feedback we discussed when asked, is that the car manufacturer (Nissan) should provide a clear list of features included in the model, as it was a bit of a guessing game. The manual provided is standardised for all models.
