They kept me updated on every step. Took quite a while for the refund but they explained and kept me up to date on what stage my refund was. Took a while because hmrc had a long back log. Will definitely use again

Hello Simon, we're disappointed to read this review as our fees were explained very clearly to you at the start of the claim process.
Our fees of 40% are explained in our Terms of Service which when you submitted your application on our website, you were confirming you were in agreement with. We then also verbally disclosed these over the phone with you on 21 April, to which you confirmed you were happy to proceed. If you were unhappy with the fees we charged this should have been expressed then.
We work on a contingency fee basis (a fee based on a percentage of gross refund recovered) rather than a fixed cost, as we believe it’s incredibly important to allow as many Care Workers as possible to access the services of a professional accounting firm to handle their tax affairs. This is a comprehensive process which involves gathering data from a number of sources and subjecting the information to a series of rigorous checks to ensure complete accuracy in your final claim submission. This involves a significant amount of work, so we do feel our fees are competitive and fair.

Simple to do and kept informed throughout the process, the fees are quite high but I wouldn't have done the claim myself , so still better off. Worth doing.

What a great company
What a great company. When I first heard about these I was a little sceptical, but I filled in the form and hoped for the best, and the best I got! They kept me informed as to where my claim was at all times, at one point I didn't understand something, so rang them. They were very helpful and didn't keep me waiting on the phone for hours! I had my rebate, which was more than I was expecting, and will be recommending to everyone. Great cimpany

Such an easy process to follow and the staff assisted all the way and we’re extremely helpful. I was kept up-to date with progress and never felt like I was left waiting as I knew exactly what step was next. Honestly not had an experience like it, I didn’t have to chase or follow up once of my own accord due the the efficiency and timely manner the claim was dealt with.
