I’ve left feedback numerous times and…

I’ve left feedback numerous times and only seem to get a response on here. I would like to know if I’m receiving the proper product? The shipping info says nothing and when I look at you company it appears to be orthopaedic supports. I ordered a red light mask by luma. Is this what I’m receiving? I see nothing like that on your site.
The communication of this company is horrendous
Also, when I did get through to someone on the phone I was told it was shipped, looking at the shipping I for it said it was shipped today (15) of april

I ordered a pair of plantar fasciitis…

I ordered a pair of plantar fasciitis compression sleeves. There was no order number to track. I finally received them, and the quality is awful. I have contacted the company by email twice, with no response. I have called the company phone number and it rings and rings, with no voice-mail option. It feels like I got scammed, with no way to return a product that promises a 30 day money back guarantee.

UPDATE: The company has gotten back to me after leaving a negative review. They tried to blame no email on email going to spam folder. Not true, and I get multiple emails from them daily trying to get me to purchase more products! They have given me the option for a 30% refund, or to send the product at my own cost back to China, which is very expensive and was never made clear in their 30 day 100% satisfaction guarantee. And, if the product takes longer to get back to them, and it is 30 days beyond my order date--no refund. Since it took so long to receive the product in the first place, I assume that I might never see the return, and then I will be out more money. Buyer beware.

*Caresole offered me a partial refund, which I accepted because it was easier than going through their return process. I don't recommend the ankle/foot support products. These are so cheaply made, I can't see who they would work for. The reviews online, and on Amazon are accurate. Possibly a good idea for a product, but the follow through on manufacturing is extremely poor.

Received second pair of kneesleeves…

Received second pair of kneesleeves rather quickly (without charge) as first pair were too tight. They are very comfortable, lightweight and I wear one to support my knee during exercise and also helps with recovery afterwards. Great product!

So I finally got through to the sales…update on my order

So I finally got through to the sales centre, the lady was friendly and said my product was shipped and they were just waiting for the shipping/tracking number from their expeditors. Three days later I still haven’t receive it. I will try again to call this company and ask for a refund of my money. I wish I had of asked her while I had her on the phone but she sounded genuine. I guess that’s what a “scam” or bad company does. Should have researched this company before placing my order. So unprofessional and at this point I’m thinking I got scammed

Still waiting for delivery of circa knee brace

Order confirmation ,delivery tracking details and customer service ,using generic responses from Caresole for a circa knee brace is shocking.
Seems the delivery is from China which can take weeks, if not months.
Misleading sales company , should stipulate where the delivery is coming from.
Trying to obtain a refund and source from a different company
Don’t use this company

Update on knee braces

I sent for the circa knee braces and tried them out. Accordingly tried to send them back since they didn’t help me. The return process is archaic requesting me to send them back to China at my expense. After contacting customer service I got nowhere even though they are a US based company they don’t receive returns. I feel this should have been afforded upfront to allow me to decide if I wanted to go ahead with the purchase. To add insult to injury I used the website when I could have gone on Amazon to buy them and have an easier return process. To me this is unacceptable as a consumer.
I purchased the knee braces on 3/21/24 and received them on 4/1/24. I tried them out and it actually made the pain worse. I contacted customer support to find out about the return policy since it states a money back guarantee. At that time I was offered 2 options. I could either send them back to CHINA for a refund or take a 30% reduction and keep the braces. If they don’t work why would I keep them?
Then the emails started between customer support and me about the return process. I kept asking why I had to send them back to CHINA when the return address on the package was from California. After much back and forth I was told the same thing over and over.
They are a US based company but the warehouse is in CHINA. Had I known all this upfront I never would have ordered from the company. There is no mention in their ad about any of this.
Today 4/10/24 I received another email with their return info. The item has to be unused and in original packaging to return. Well if I’ve tried them then they are not new so will my refund be rejected?
The information I have been receiving is very contradictory and is down right frustrating and as a consumer I’m disheartened about the run around I’ve received.

Thursday 4/11/24 I received another reply from Caresole. In the email they upped their offer to 60% reduction for keeping the knee braces. My question to them was if they were willing to give me that much why not just take them back and give me a full refund like they state in their ad as long as I didn’t have to absorb the cost to return them to CHINA. I have yet to receive a response. Pretty soon the 30 days will be up, maybe that’s what they are hoping for.
My advice to everyone…..DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.
I have also noticed after reading other reviews that they use the same verbiage in all their responses. Seems very automated and not individualized according to the problem. Very poor customer relations in my opinion.

Update 4/20/24: Haven’t heard a word from this company after submitting the requested information. Absolutely no response. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AS POSSIBLE.
If I could give them ZERO stars I would.

Update 5/2/24
Well I have been duped. After they offered 60% refund that I turned down they upped the offer to 75%. After long consideration I decided to take the 75% refund and cut my losses. Well after I responded I heard nothing. I waited a few days and contacted them again and still nothing. My 30 days was up on 5/1/24 and I asked them in my correspondence if they were waiting til the deadline then they wouldn’t have to acknowledge my request. NOTHING, no response at all.
AGAIN I WARN YOU DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No customer service

I ordered a knee braces on 02/15/2024 and I haven't received it yet. The Transaction ID is 9219129681.
It takes almost 2 months but still I don't have it. I've written numerous emails though no one have answered me.

Zero customer service

There is no way to reply to your comments. I updated my last review to show what you asked for. I've had no email replies from you. I gave you my order number on my last review. So I'm guessing that my time is going to expire and I won't be able to return these. Again, zero customer service, but they sort of reply to these reviews. What a waste of money.

Zero customer service. They will reply to these reviews but not to any emails. Just wasted $60+.

Poor customer service suggesting fraud?

I have a bad knee injury. I saw an item online that I thought would help. The caresole knee wrap I am trying to put off surgery for as long as I can. I placed my order and it never arrived. I have received 5 automated notices saying your order has been received and will ship in 48 hours. There are so many bad reviews about this company online that this must be their business model. My concern is if they take so long to ship a medical device, their product may be flawed or just a scam. Companies should not be allowed in the medical field if they cannot deliver within 2-3 days

TOO SMALL

Ordered 1 of the product - got 2. Both too small so emailed to get a refund. Never got an answer. Phoned twice and they said they would send me an email with a lable to print. One week later - no repy and no email. So Im stuck paying $56. for something that is of no use to me.

The care sole plantar soles are a complete waste of money. They are too thing and flexible to give any kind of support to your feet. After two days in my shoes I was in agony and felt like it would have been better to walk with no shoes at all.

Caresole knee sleeves.

The knee sleeves I ordered were delivered. Decent quality and my teenager rates the sleeves. Communications with Caresole were lackadasical and the tracking information received was incorrect, which led to some too'ing, and less return fro'ing of emails (hence the 3 stars). But they were finally delivered!

I have just checked my emails there is another promotion but nothing useful about my purchase.i checked my junk mail to and there is nothing there.all ask is that I gave you the order no through trust pilot .All you have to do is see if you shipped the product or not.

Made in China...no refund unless returned to China

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. All advertisements say the products are made and shipped from the U.S. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING. The products are made in and shipped from China. That explains the 15 days time between order and receipt of product. You're asked to returned the products to China...which is a minimum of $60. The products are poor quality.

Lack of communication and failure to deliver

I ordered two pairs of Plantar X compression straps online, did the payment and was sent an order number. On completion I realized that I neglected to give the full delivery details when placing the order. I contacted the support email address twice to rectify the delivery address but have not received any communication from them. It is now just shy of four weeks and no delivery or response.

I would not recommend purchasing the…

I would not recommend purchasing the caresole plantar fasciitis insoles. They are certainly no miracle, too flimsy and provide no pain relief. The best thing to do is to heel from within. I have accumulated heel caps, cushions ,generic insoles, plantar fasciar insoles all which do absolutely nothing for heeling. My best bet is strengthening and epsom salt hot water baths to promote blood flow to the foot so it heals. Im actually alternating cold foot baths with hot water baths. I wouldnt waste your money on useless insoles. I actually find taping helps more than any of these stupid insoles which dig into my arch and create pressure.

No email, no product

Purchased a product on 25th Feb, I had an email to say payment went through and nothing further, I have emailed multiple times with no repsone. Extremely disappointed. Would not recommend purchasing from this company!! I would now just like a refund!

I have checked my email and there is nothing sent by your company at all. Yes I check junk/spam daily too. I would still like a refund.
