Great selection of fresh coffee with the roasters rotation that is delivered once a week. Also super easy to arrange and manage subscription, such as skipping weeks if not needed etc

Caravan’s Sourcing Principles are simple: economic freedom for all, environmental stewardship, and the pursuit of mighty fine coffee. Three broad areas of focus which are the foundation of our values as an organisation. Your coffee as always tastes great
Your coffee as always tastes great. However this is let down by below par packaging. The reusable seal tore off after opening the packet.

Great-tasting coffee!
Great-tasting coffee! The roasters' rotation coffees are always amazing, and the note card explaining the brewing recommendation and original and tasting notes is a great addition to the experience.

Gift Subscription
Coming to the end of a gift subscription. The main point is it was easy to setup, timely deliveries and an interesting selection of coffees to try out. Though one bag was damaged by a less than obvious manufacturing fault that exposed the beans. I was impressed that Caravan handled it very well and got a replacement out to me promptly. So no qualms about coming back for more in the future.

Great coffee, great service
For starters, I love their coffee. My favourite from a range I've tried in recent months. But what prompted me to leave this review is their service. I had an issue with a delivery and they rectified it in double quick time with grace and good will. Thanks, Caravan.
