Through private consultation, clients are guided through diamond selection, metal choice, and setting design in a transparent and considered process. I had a great experience with Carat…

I had a great experience with Carat House Dubai. I had quite a few questions before purchasing and the team was very patient, responding quickly and explaining everything in great detail, which made me feel much more confident about the purchase. When the piece arrived it looked exactly as described and the quality was excellent. Overall the whole process felt very professional and easy, and I’m really happy with the jewellery I received

I recently ordered a pair of oval diamond earrings

I recently ordered a pair of oval diamond earrings from Carat House through their website and had a great experience.

After placing my order, the team reached out to let me know they could offer a complimentary upgrade in the colour and clarity of the diamonds, which was such a nice surprise. I of course said yes and they explained everything clearly.

The earrings are 4 carats each and both diamonds came IGI certified. When they arrived they were absolutely stunning the oval shape is so elegant and the sparkle is incredible.

The whole experience was very easy and well handled from start to finish. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

The service and craftsmanship are second to non.

One of the absolute best jewellery shopping experiences I’ve had was with Carat House and when I emphasised “second to none” I really mean it. From the moment I clicked on the item to the whole process up until I received it was such a breeze. Quick and efficient service, very reliable, the team at carat house were very professional, helpful and honest that’s what made my experience an absolute delight with carat house. Definitely recommend for customers pieces!

When it came to creating our dream engagement set, we had the most amazing experience working with Carat House. Since I work in a creative field, customisation was really important to me, and Eleni made the whole process feel very collaborative from the start.

They really took the time to understand what I was looking for and walked me through different design ideas and details I wouldn’t have even thought about. It genuinely felt like we were creating something together.

The total lead time was 4 weeks including reviews and design changes, for which they were responsive and supportive. The finished pieces were exactly what I was looking for and imagine. The craft and design was beautiful, and you can tell a lot of care goes into every part of the process.

If you're looking for something that feels personal and thoughtfully made, I would definitely recommend Carat House Dubai.

We recently purchased our wedding bands…

We recently purchased our wedding bands from Carat House — a classic platinum band for my fiancée and a 3/4 eternity band for me. We booked a consult to explore custom options, but ended up choosing rings from the website.
We added matching engraving inside both bands, which came out beautiful. The craftsmanship is beautiful on both pieces and the diamonds on my band look beautiful!
The entire process was smooth and professional, and we’re so happy with how our bands turned out. Thank you Carat House 😊
