The item I ordered over two weeks ago has not arrived
despite receiving an email from Caradok eleven days
ago saying the item had been shipped.

Disgraceful way to treat customers.Wish I had read all the other bad reviews before purchasing.
Trading standards is the only way to go unless your item is over £100 then go through section 75 credit card.

Terrible company, ordered fluorescent tubes two weeks ago, not received no tracking and totally ignoring emails. I have requested a refund, ignored again, avoid, avoid, avoid, awful company. I will report non receipt to my bank and hopefully get it refunded.

I received my order today. The lights were well packed and arrived in good condition. I would give five stars, but since I placed the order two weeks ago, I heard nothing from Caradok about progress or dispatch. I sent two further emails asking for information, but received no reply to either. This led me to write a negative review, which I have just withdrawn. Caradok do themselves no favours by ignoring communications from their customers, and they risk being seen in a worse light (ignore pun) than they probably deserve.

I ordered sockets and switches on 1st September, 2025 and since then I have not had any confirmation about delivery. I began E-mailing them after 10 days had passed and as yet (15th) I have not had any reply. I have telephoned twice and you can only leave a message (those messages have also been ignored!). I have contacted my bank after seeing bad reviews as I fear that I have been scammed!😡. I just wish that I had searched for reviews before placing my order.

Slow to dispatch. I returned my order within specified timeframe and still no refund. No response to emails. Main number forwards to mobile voicemail. Have disputed with credit card company.

Sent us a single steel screw when we'd ordered 50 x black screws. Item listed was correct, now no response to emails. Useless company to deal with, luckily it was only £7 we've probably lost

I never read any of the reviews and it looks like I was very lucky. I ordered my items and within 3 days they were here.The items were as advertised and I'm really pleased with them and a good price too.

Scam company ....do not buy from them
I placed an order for a braided extension cable. Never received, never answered emails. Lodged a complaint with my bank, then they sent an email to say they had cancelled my order. They didn't refund or send the item. Now they are challenging my claim with the bank. Even though they have never sent the item I ordered or refunded my money. Absolute scam.

While I have no complaints about the actual product the service is terrible.
I ordered some electrical sockets and switches and they arrived after a few weeks with the excuse they were waiting on stock. Stupidly I placed a second order shortly after and I have now been waiting months for it. No contact from customer service when I email them, can’t get through on the phone. The last email I received said the item had been shipped but no tracking details were given (unlike the previous order). My only option now is to get a refund from my credit card company and report to trading standards

Wish I had read the reviews for this prior to purchasing. Bought items on Dec 13th and had no response at all regarding the purchase. Sent multiple emails and no response.

Scam Alert!!! Not only was a I sent a different bulb (cheaper rubbish), it was also broken. I would have had better success souring something from the tip. No reply from their returns email.

It had to be said that after placing my order and then reading some reviews I wasn’t feeling confident! However, my items arrived and in very good packaging so I have to sate that I am very happy with the service and my items! 5 Stars for Caradok (Although customer service didn’t reply to my email chase after 10 days)

Scam people - placed an order over a week ago …ignored my email and on site message . The number provided is linked to a never answered mobile phone.
Waste of time …transaction now being resolved via my credit card company

Apart from taking my money and confirmimg order- no goods and no response to emials chasing them. Shall report to Trading Standards

Ordered an item on 2nd May - still nothing. I've sent two emails chasing but there has been no reply. Clearly a scam - avoid.

They appear to have stolen my money. No response to emails or phone calls. Please avoid.

Wish I’d read the other reviews before placing my order. I’ve had the same experience - order still not delivered after many weeks and no reply from company to numerous attempts to contact. Their website looks legit but my experience says it’s a scam.

Seems a scam: no delivery, no response, no refund

Ordered a few items mid December for £170, did not receive the items, no communications and despite following up via email (never replied), phone (never answered), mobile (read, but not replied) - not a single response.

Feels like a scam.

Ordered online, but three weeks later no further communication or update on the order. No response to email contact. Feels dodgy, regret ordering.

***Update April '24***
I ended up using chargeback on my credit card. Never received any response from this company. Their website is still up so watch out!

UPDATE 16 August
Emailed again to chase up my refund, still no response BUT refund has appeared in my bank account...??!!! Really bizarre situation

Unbelievable. Placed an order. No show for a couple of weeks so I email them to enquire where's my order at? No response email again, then phoned, no response. Then sent a further email and phoned again and left a message. Nothing.
Sent a further email canceling my order, following day received an email confirming cancellation?!! Really, truly unbelievable. I now await my refund...
